Was up bro...been waching ur videos..good ,simple set up..iam a truck driver for 17 years...thinking about doing a lawn care business..the truck cdl is got so many regulations...got a 6x8 trailer...keep up with ur videos is a motivation for me and others..also i stay in north east houston..blessings bro ..
Thank you bro means a lot! Go for it a lot if money to be made out there. Always value your work and your time. Become great at marketing and you’ll do great
Great vid. Just wondering what your costs are for business license and monthly insurance. I’m running solo too, no pesticides yet just strictly mowing, trimming, etc
So when you trim shrubs and lawn clean-ups where's the pile of junk going? Take it away or leave it inna pile somewhere? You have no room on the truck or trailer. Or maybe you just cut grass only?
I typically bag everything up and leave it on the property for trash to take. Doesn’t seem like it but there’s plenty of room on there if I need to haul anything off. The high sides allow me to do that. But yes most of my work is just cutting grass
The additional mower (stander b 52) was purchased bc I was getting a lot of larger properties (over 1/2 acre) that I kept declining bc I just didn’t have the equipment to be efficient enough. After getting it, I had to buy a bigger trailer to fit both the 32 and 52 on there. 2022 setup worked great for small residential lawns but was limited to only that. If that’s all you want to do something like that would be perfect. I miss the simplicity of it sometimes
The gravely did not have a great quality. I was having to double cut almost every lawn therefore taking a lot longer than I would’ve liked. That’s why I sold it and purchased the scag.
Most people recommend a 36 for small gates. Here in Houston gates are really tiny so 36 would be too wide. That’s the reason I have a 32. If a 36 fits in most of your gates get a 36

124 a month for general business insurance and workers comp. Don’t overthink it. You don’t need insurance when you’re starting off
@@floreslawnservice7509ok cool. What about business license. Are those the only 2 things i need to start my business legitimately? Thanks.

I would suggest trying the cup cadet pro z or older z force they are way easier to lean and more fun
No dealers around me 😔 wish I could demo some
Good Stuff. Can you speak on why you prefer this setup over your 2022 setup? Im mainly referring to the difference in mowers.

To start and do residential what you guys recommend me a 36” deck? There is a lot of houses fenced and I just try to fix on their doors

How’s the Toyota handling the towing? Been thinking about getting one as well.
It does great. Don’t feel the weight at all sometimes
