The thick and sticky "nail polish" you were using for the bubble wand nails is called polygel! Its kind of like acrilyc but way easier to work with. And with acrilyc you use mononer to activate and move it around, whereas with polygel a slip solution is used to prevent it from sticking to the nail brushes :)
