My bachelors degree completed in June 2021 . I started work August 2021 to February 2023 so then I eligible to apply for October intake in Poland ??? After my work 3 month's gap acceptable

You can definitely apply and give some genuine reason for the gap month. The final decision would be from the HR only. But you can apply and try your luck
