I can definately reccomend wework in st.katherines docks and monument and 10 York street, they would be the busy places and big enough you never have trouble finding space to sit in hot desking area. People are friendly as well, but recently i see a lot of asian students taking over the wework spaces rather than free lancers or business owners

The reason people in the UK wake up later is because we actually do 9-5 instead of 8-5. You'll notice theres a LOT more public/bank holidays here where people don't work, but somehow the city will be 3x as busy.

Hey, it would be interesting if you quickly covered visas etc for building a startup from the UK, but I'm guessing you might already be a British citizen as well as NZ. Which would've made London an obvious choice haha
