It was in fact Destiny who was trying everything to get Moses’ attention after the breakup, including using her son to try to manipulate Moses into responding. Just sad. Also let’s allow that to sink in. That is LB’s son, the very one who was allegedly subject to paternity tests, with multiple men in scope including Moses. I don’t watch the show anymore, but rather pick up little clips here and there. Destiny clearly says while she and Melody are going back and forth about her reasons for speaking to AC that “that’s what I perceived it to be” when Mel rebutted her saying she was trying to help the mistress cheat more respectfully. I certainly hope the viewing audience as well as the other ladies on the show recognize that. Destiny has a habit, at least from what is portrayed on the show, of drawing conclusions in her mind based on how she sees things, not actually on how things are. Martell does the same thing, for example, back when he first accused Mel of cheating his evidence was that they weren’t having sex as often, and when they were Mel wanted him to “talk dirty” to her. In his small brain he deduced that she must’ve picked up this new desire elsewhere. It’s both dangerous and a bit of personal gaslighting to come up with hard opinions and accusations based solely on your interpretation of things rather than facts. And the fact that Destiny and Martell are friends makes sense, because in that aspect they communicate similarly. It’s frustrating to try to have a conversation with someone who does that since really you’re defending yourself from make believe occurrences. Exhausting.

I don’t watch the show anymore, but rather pick up little clips here and there. Destiny clearly says while she and Melody are going back and forth about her reasons for speaking to AC that “that’s what I perceived it to be” when Mel rebutted her saying she was trying to help the mistress cheat more respectfully. I certainly hope the viewing audience as well as the other ladies on the show recognize that. Destiny has a habit, at least from what is portrayed on the show, of drawing conclusions in her mind based on how she sees things, not actually on how things are. Martell does the same thing, for example, back when he first accused Mel of cheating his evidence was that they weren’t having sex as often, and when they were Mel wanted him to “talk dirty” to her. In his small brain he deduced that she must’ve picked up this new desire elsewhere. It’s both dangerous and a bit of personal gaslighting to come up with hard opinions and accusations based solely on your interpretation of things rather than facts. And the fact that Destiny and Martell are friends makes sense, because in that aspect they communicate similarly. It’s frustrating to try to have a conversation with someone who does that since really you’re defending yourself from make believe occurrences. Exhausting.
So glad Mel removed them from her life, they are exhausting 😪

Mel said on TikTok when she found out about AC in 2017 Destiny wasn't around. Destiny wasn't around when she pulled up on AC or had those phone calls. LB introduced Destiny to Mel/Martell at a Commerce event at the end of 2018 or early 2019. I believe Destiny is being Martell/AC mouthpiece since they can't film with Mel. Destiny said in confession this was her perspective of what happened but at the table she didn't say that. Destiny is a lie and she's intentionally trying to get a rise out of Mel.

I think back to Mel’s song release party as the first indication of Destiny showing that she was not a friend. A person with no integrity is worthless in your life & only problematic. I would get the evidence of infidelity for court (run my money) & get restraining orders on them both. Nothing else needs to be said b/c showing me who you are and the character you lack is all I need to know.
I get what you're saying but I don't know any woman that would throw away a 10-year marriage with 4 children after one indiscretion. Melody wanted to do her due diligence before she made a decision that would change her children's lives forever.

Time, kids, and investments don't matter -- they are already compromised. I would pivot to protection of what remains sacred (i.e. my sense of self, my integrity, my kids, those who ACT with love towards me, my external investments). That doesn't make it easy or less difficult. It is still a process but there is no value in a partner who lacks integrity in any way (i.e. cheating, addiction, abuse, financial mismanagement, etc). That person is poison. Cheating reveals lack of integrity that extends to every area of life & choice that person makes. I wouldn't even do business with a cheater (and as we saw, she cut those ties as well). They will only continue to bring you more problems. They knew what they were risking and made their decision with action. That is loud and clear. So to clarify, speaking for myself, you would lose me. I don't want you in my atmosphere if I can't trust you. Regardless of what anyone else has/will do for the reasons they give themselves -- you don't keep what you won't HONOR with me. I think that what black women tend to do is assume. We assume that oh this person should know what I want, should know what I am thinking. I think us black women do this because some of us are not as self assured and, or have developed a strong sense of emotional intelligence and emotional regulation. Melody doesnt know how to really express herself besides with passive aggressive tactics and Destiny is childish and can be petty, so much so that she is not as comfortable taking accountability. Destiny is very defensive as well. Now with your point I get that for you, and melody doing intel is the best way to figure out where is her position in her marriage, however, to me, my personal opinion Im not doing that. Im not going intel, I dont care what the side chick has to say or what my husband has to say. Im out!! Period point blank because I think thats also part of the triangulation cycle that keeps you in a perpetual state of pain. I rather bow out, remove myself from the relationship, go heal and rediscover who I am again not as a married women but now as a single woman again.
