- Making the most of our time during the Hong Kong Layovers - both in the airport (4-hr layover) and outside, exploring the city (17-hr layover)!
We explored local eats, desserts, pastries, and the stunning Victoria Harbour view.
Surprised by the best Chinese BBQ we've ever had right inside the airport food court.

Hi, informative video. Is it the City View Hotel? Could u tell me the which floor you were on? I shall be visiting HK in May. Thank you. 😊
Hi there :) Yes, it is the City View Hotel and I think I got either the 13th or 14th floor. Hope you have the best time in HK! I'm still dreaming about that claypot rice hahaha.
@@birdiesbelly thank you. I hope I get the same room as you as it looks so nice.
They are called Cheung funn with sesame and hoisin sauce. Many dim sum restaurant serves the pan fry saute crispy version with XO sauce.
BTW, great video, loved the night shots of Kowloon. What camera and lens are you using?
Cheung funn!!! thank you!! They tasted delicious and so much like one of the rice dish in Thailand called "Kao Moo Daeng/ ข้าวหมูแดง".
Night shots are on Sony ZV1 with a (noob) Amazon 18mm wide angle lens haha. Day shots are on iPhone 15 Pro :). Still learning about all the gear and editing. Really glad you liked the video! :D
