River person tells Sans about karma and kinda teaches him how to use it. And then they make a plan. When human is going trough waterfall, River person appears and offers the human a "help" to get trough more fast, the human accepts, and when they start to go, Sans appears on the boat ready to fight you. He creates a bone-spear and starts to use and learn a bit more about karma. During the battle, Sans accidentally used karma in a bad way, that made a little crack on his right eye. When the battle ends, River person stops the boat to Sans run before the human is able to kill him, and with this, River person give Sans a note, a note saying for Sans to get a thing...
