I wish I had seen this video before I planted my tomatoes this year. I'm using grow bags on my deck and believe these cages would have worked exceptionally well in the bags.
Best video on tomato cages yet, you are da man. I was thinking of doing something similar, Yes I would also like to see the plants after they're grown up.
We use cattle panels to create an archway for anything that will climb-cucumbers, tomatoes(mine get 8’ tall!), peas, cantaloupe, watermelon- we love using them.
Can I just say I do appreciate Bonnie and Ellie but appreciate Joel and Jared as much. They are the behind the scenes making B&E dreams come true while finding their own. Bonnie and Ellie absolutely support their men, we knee that but everyone is doing what works for the family morally, faithfully, and financially. But I really love seeing Joel and Jared finding their own place. It’s super important. I love this Joel. Mainly because I grew my first garden this year. It was successful but a lot more work than I anticipated 🥴
Hi! Love your videos! Could you do a backyard tour...shrubs and trees that you have planted there...how you planned where to put what/how to plant them?
We had to put small holed chicken wire around ours this year because the birds or what have ya kept eating mine last year. Also we just plucked out first tomato 2 days ago! It's a beauty and can't wait to taste it! This is a great ideal Joel and prob works better than the round one's. 👍💞💖💞👍
Have you ever planted anything besides tomatoes? Also, would love to see your whole lawn maintenance. How often you mow, how you overdressed, what you do in the fall and spring, etc. This is our second year with a lawn and oh man it's work! Also, how do you add a whole new sprinkler line and head or add a zone? I know you moved one but it was a short distance. We have a few spots that are too dry on the same zone as spots that are getting too much water.
I really like toro mowers, mine is a commercial and I have had it for 11 years. It honestly starts first pull. I also use an echo weed eater for my lawn edging. One with the multi tools is best.
Pig rings would work great to attach them at the tops. Won't rust and stronger. Use a bolt cutter instead of a grinder- safer and faster. Buy rubber ends for the sharp edged wire ends, or file them.

That’s funny about the fence. I have always wondered why you haven’t painted it yet! Or Bonnie hasn’t made you paint it! Heh.
I am definitely using this idea! I love Joel's bloopers reel at the end, too.
i wish you could show how you made the raised planters ! they are beautiful

Great idea!
Great idea-and I’ve got bolt cutters that I’ve never found a use for 👍
You can also use t-stakes and some sort of rope/twine, happy gardening!

Can you recommend a good lawn mower or weed eater. I am not to the garding stage but love the videos for information in the future.
