With love and care, we will bring in clean water and food while avoiding any unclean substance that keeps us from our spiritual goals. This is a personal choice and understanding. Yes, spiritual growth with our consciousness plus respectfully caring for the gift of our bodies is balance.

It’s not the stuff of make believe .. the universe is utterly mesmerising in its magical ways, you just have to be open to seeing it .. - you discover the interconnectedness in real and astounding ways. Nothing is private anymore but you don’t mind because you’ve blown your heart wide open and you love everyone and everything like yourself so you have no shame and nothing to hide and can joyfully share even your most intimate moments with the universe & everyone around you - the video touched on the way the universe seems to guide you - I’d put a lot more emphasis on this. It’s impossible to feel alone bc you’re SO AWARE that there are souls all over the universe & beyond who are cheering you on & loving you more than you could ever believe & are as invested in you living your best life as you are .. And finally - it feels like The Truman Show every day. It feels like the whole universe was constructed just for you, not in an egotistical way, quite the opposite, humbling really. The amount of love that envelopes you .. there are no words. I’m glad I found this video, it’s affirming to see someone else out there describing my experiences.. as someone else commented, it sometimes feels like you’re the only human on earth experiencing this stuff bc nobody is really talking about already being there, lots of people speaking of it as a future state, but none present (that I’ve found anyway!).
