The thing about this collab that I like is they aren’t really good together, unlike the other collabs which are sometimes very specific to get good they are very versatile, except for Yuri. Each of them has a use in assisting the teams they are in
Yuri can help humans with vitality by reducing the enemies dmg brought towards them with dmg reduction
Bam helps with pve for many different beast stages or boss battles with his relic and passive
Zahard is just another powerhouse to the unknown race hall of fame
Just to clarify Bam will not help you with demonic beasts because his passive doesn't work there
They should have made it that when all the Passive buffs are removed the cycle restarts from the beginning
Or atleast make King‘s Decision gray 👑

Zahard went from the best unit of the banner to being mid while Yuri went from the worst to being unironically the best
Yeah. I think albedo is better to run over Gowther or Freyr tho. He’s still way less impactful than we had originally thought tho. And I really like how helpful Yuri is for the humans team.

all netmarble needs to do is add a loop to his passive so it resets if the crown buffs is removed and he'll be fine

Hear me out: Zahard, DK, albedo and nanashi in the back. DK to seal the commandment, albedo to stall and to give 30% attack related stats. I mean DK doesnt get much out of his passive but his OP-debuff and rankup are still very useful
Bruh you are unironically cooking something here. DK will definitely be useless for dmg , but zahard only lose 7% basic Stat. Definitely look to be a fun team to try out.

@@yikes3049 did you watch the video or the first one? He only does no damage cause he either dies or his buffs get removed. You saw in the first video that he can wipe. His buffs arent getting removed with dk and you get a tank in form of albedo to stall for a level 2 or possible 3. Like tf are you on? This Team isnt supposed to be a meta defining team but just a fun little team to have fun with
i was actually thinking the same thing lmao. DK for the debuffs can be enough and he seals command. albedo can either protect zahard with taunt or stall with counter AND she gets the 30% dmr if going first. and you are still running 3 unknown

2.give his holy relic the ability to rank up when his buff goes away

I understand where you are coming from, but the buff being removable was probably more of a design choice. Also you are looking at him way too much in a vacuum he ain't the only character on the team, gowther definitely not the way. I don't have him yet, but I assume having hel as a extra source of dps plus Aoe check will help him a lot.
He doesn’t do much damage without high rank cards, and the meta teams have already been beating unknowns so adding them back into your team wouldnt help you.
@@yikes3049 I use unknown so I know they are good even before zahard, actual unknown players know that. Hel Albedo tyr is like one of the best counter to demons, and can put a good fight against sins with no Diane.
@@ibagaming9429 Albedo is basically useless in PVP at high ranks, so I would say to run Hel, Tyr, and Zahard, but his damage without high rank cards is not very good unfortunately and he will still get his buffs removed.
@@ibagaming9429 Also unknown is not good against demons it is just good against dumb players. If you aoe with DK, then double single target albedo with estarossa, you wont lost much HP from Hel, then next turn you instantly remove taunt with Meli AOE and you by this point have 40% basic stats from estarossa plus meli rank up and attack boost, so whoever you single target with him will get hit for like a million, or if you have another AOE you will wipe.
@@yikes3049 yeah Albedo definitely took a big hit because of Meli, reason why kinda excited for Zahard. About the buffs it will matter mostly against sins and humans, so against demons unknowns and goddess zahard gonna feel pretty fine. In case of sins I was already doing good against sins mostly using hel and tyr, so worst case scenario he can help me survive turn one with 30 dmg red and prevent enemy Meli from using red tarmiel or Sariel link.
We f2p players want to see him in demonic beasts and general pve content, also the banner is actually decent for f2p players as we don't sweat with meta teams in PvP against whales, i recommend to do 1 rotation for f2p on this banner for 2 good PvE content characters, if you are p2w you will most likely summon anyway so let's not talk about that.. 😅
Goddesses is a good alternative for going 2nd as well
Also stop using your f2p status to play victim the majority of players even in Upper level of pvp are f2p but have been playing for a long time

@@divinity1495 what do you mean, i just said that as f2p i don't really care about Zahard being bad in PvP as i really don't care about being top 1% in PvP. Nagato said that it might be a "skip banner", and that's weird because there are still 2 good f2p characters, maybe he thinks everyone is trying to hit top 1% in PvP and others don't exist.

honestly i feel like the estarossa counter is good because zahard is a boss level unit that wont come around for another year or 2 and anyone that has him already wins the match which would just discourage new players that just started from playing and its not like everyone has festatrossa anyway. so for the older players they have a oneshot unit and newer players have the chance to get a counter to it in the future. dont know if this made sense
The problem with that kind of thinking is that whenever they release a unit like meli,all thought goes out the window.Also dealing with both demon kings is such a pain in the a**.....

i shouldn't have used the word good counter but instead put okay counter.
Now what they should do with zahard is make it so that if his buff is stripped that he re-applies the first buff after 2-3 turns of both being removed. I feel like this would make him excel without being too broken to the point where if you don't have him you are screwed but also not dog water if he is broken down once

They could make two things to improve him. Make the buff grey or make it infinite. Like “when even the last buff is removed reapply them in the same order” and he will at least be usable.
Its easy to counter him with human team going frist. Especially using lr escanor with green levi to. If hes in unknown team not using albedo but using tyr as a taunt unit.
Frist use levi aoe card so levi will remove the taunt from tyr and 30% dmg reduction buff from data zahard, then zahard will recieve the undying buff then remove the buff again with escanor debuff card and follow up with escanor atk card or levi atk card to kill him.
Note : even if zahard team using dodge food levi still remove any buff from the enemy.

Your buffs still get removed and you won’t have high rank cards so he won’t get the damage bonus. At that point you’re better off running the current meta unknown team instead.

There might be a way to win with him, and that's by going first. You rank up his single target then sacrifices his damage reduction buff to nuke meli with his second buff, which will allow you to use the aoe turn two to finish the job.

Devs should've change the King Buff into Grey Buff or add something like "If King buff removed by commandment or enemies remove buff passive, gain Proof of Stability" with this change he would've been a 10/10 and he would've been a great counter to sins and human
Am I crazy for thinking this character would be a lot more interesting if he actively cycled through his buffs in a loop instead of ending on a 5 turn AoE buff? While I understand most matches don't realistically last past turn 3-4 most of the time I feel like he goes from; being support to doing fantastic single target damage to doing great AoE damage (with a lvl 3 card) and that's the whole character. I really can't say I enjoy any character that loses power from one of their cards since they just become dead cards that take up space the next turn.
Idk if this going to work, but if you pair data with ghislaine she will mark meliodas because of the high cc and you could maybe kill meli in that turn with her and then the second turn you could annihilate everything with data (I haven't played the game in a while but when the collab drop I will a try data, ghislaine and Roxy team and see if it works)

Nah man, Why would they make his passive buff blue? Every other current units passive buffs, are always grey, purely cause if they’re removed the units trash. Such a dumb decision. Like if Melis buff was removed when he attacked, he literally wouldn’t be half as good as he is purely cause he wouldn’t have the 50% attack related stat buff ever and wouldn’t have enough balls when he attacked to even get the creation buff. So dumb man

playing for almost 2 weeks now Do you guys recommend to pull for upcoming collab and who should i target to get? Im fairly new but finished the main story up to chapter 29 because of DK meli and cheese strats.
Yes of course, make him not being affected by his big counter. Why? Cuz I spent thousands of gems to 6/6 and it's useless if estarossa exists. It seems you want him to be unstoppable, thank god they made this character with some flaws because just by his kit he's too powerful

His last buff should be grey, keep it lasting like 5 turns, but make it grey. So you still have time to do SOMETHING.
A good option is to put it on a team with Hela, you punish AOE, you have a very tanky dps and the dark attribute passive.
All those nerds in the live stream saying rip Meli new Meli sucks now etc. were hella coping. 😂😂😂

Why didn't you used albedo at all ? With her you'd have guaranteed taunt turn 1 so escanor couldn't attack you and with her passive since she will most likely get her stance removed by juri or demon king meli , she could just give you the attack related stat buff before the start of your turn and this buff will get removed before Data buff by estarossa commandement.
And nag you forgot that he is immortal turn 2 unless they removed his buff

they shoulda made it the buffs like Reinhards passive. I feel like Passive buffs, as in ones where the passive revolves around those buffs, should be grey bc then the unit becomes useless once its removed.

He is not weak and he is definitely worth summoning for, and i would be really mad if you place him below Yuri in your ranking, cause she is a bad character that turned out to be better than everybody thought, and he is insane character who turned out to be weaker. Moreover, when reading his passive you said that you don't want a character, that is unstoppable, and he definitely is one, he is not absurdly strong, there are just heroes that counter him.
