It’s great that you feature players like Kiyomi, women’s college basketball isn’t all about the 1st Team AA’s. Like Juju, Paige, FJ etc. There’s alot of great players and some of these players will do damage in the W. Not everyone matures and peaks in college.

she was on that show i think the name is overtime.... where paige, flaujae and others coaches the upcoming talent...i think she was the player who can dribble with knees...wild seeing those players from overtime ....but overtime tried to tell us of this new era

Great Content Hunter. Keep it up! Diamond in the rough to watch out for down the road unless she goes to a bigger school.

Great commentary about college players that i wouldn't have followed. The young talent is amazing.

She is from Maryland so please use her skill set as DMV shifty and b ball complements as such. Not from NJ/NY but we as her family members overstand. lol

Pull jumpers = Kobe said pull up jumpers are the hardest shot in basketball to guard, especially if the player can score by driving, for good reason.
Also, can you do a video on Hannah Hidalgo? Yesterday seemed like a coming out party for her among casual basketball fans, and she’s quickly becoming my favorite player in women’s college basketball. She’s clearly good enough to be college player of the year as is and has dominated at every level of basketball she has played at so far. I’m curious how she would do at the next level and whether she can be a NEW TYPE / MOLD / TEMPLATE of a WNBA player (of what successful WNBA players can look like) who can be the best or second best player on a WNBA championship team.

For sure! I'd love to do a video on Hannah! The passion she plays with is so enjoyable to watch

"she can be a NEW TYPE / MOLD / TEMPLATE of a WNBA player (of what successful WNBA players can look like)" Nope, because when they made her they Broke the MOLD / TEMPLATE!

@ for sure, my problem with player comps / existing templates as a way to analyze players is that it A PRIORI DETERMINES what a successful player could look like. Sometimes we don’t know what a successful player will look like until we see how effective they are in action. It’s why, for example, I) Jordan was drafted behind big men because there was no existing model for what he would become until then and the thinking was that you needed a great center to become a multi championship dynasty or II) Steph Curry was a late lottery round pick because there was no existing model for the way that he played that was successful to that point (people used to think jump shooting teams couldn’t win championships, famously like Charles Barkley), or III) Dirk and jump shooting big men. I remember listening to Popovich describe how he wanted Wembenyama to play. Last year, he said he didn’t want to pigeon-hole him and that he could play any way he wanted because they didn’t know what they had yet. He would say, “we don’t want to limit him”. And this year, he said he wants him to be able to do it all eventually. Of course, these players that create new models are incredibly rare. I’m hoping Hidalgo can be like that in the WNBA because there aren’t that many 5’6-5’7 guards, if any at all, who have been successful in the WNBA in terms of being the best or second best player on a championship team and been dominant over a decade.

That’s hilarious because watching her I was thinking that her moves remind me of a female version of MJ! Obviously she needs to work on her defense and she’ll only get better!

Speaking of Women’s Basketball, is it safe to say that:
    -Miles’s draft stock rose.
    -Kiki’s draft stock fell
    -Hildago>JuJu

Normally this site has intelligent articles but to say someone has the deepest bag of moves in the country is typical of sportscasters who think their opinion is fact. There are many factors to your bag of moves - including level of competition and coaching. Any one with a brain knows that Dawn Staley's players average 15-20 minutes a game no matter who the player is thus even the top players in the country on her team has a limited amount of time and discretion for circus moves. It is amazing how many people will find a reason to use the best team in the country as a barometer to boost other players. We know why!
