This fan is almost brand new. I bought it to see how quiet it would be because it came with an actual regulator in the box. It is definitely quieter than fans that are connected to dimmers. The airflow is very good, especially at full speed. The quality is also good but the regulator does sometimes spark a little. Other than that, it's a pretty good fan. If anyone wants to buy one, please use the regulator that comes inside the box or it will buzz quite loudly
