I know this is the 2nd time this qustion has been asked, is there a way to contact you to make sure i cut the right cord? I baught his bike today after seeing this video these bikes look sweet i cant wait to see him on it.

You can call or send a message to the phone number on website. I can message you a picture of the wire to disconnect. Also I can describe it here. It's the larger looped white wire. The other white wire is much smaller and goes to speed mode selector switch.

Which wires do you cut exactly?

To unlock the full 100% you cut the looped white wire. It should be looped and zipped tied If I remember correctly. There's one other white wire but it's much smaller going to the 3 position switch you don't wanna cut that one. You wanna cut the thicker looped one.
