  • What an amazing property! 389m2 freehold title footprint in Marrakech Medina. The patio is stunning. The terraces are amazing. 4 suites in the historic Riad. A further 3 rooms in the douiria - all included in the sale. As is the garage. Wow. It's a licenced guesthouse too. At only E900K this is a stand out deal. Call Rosanna now on 00212662752467 or mail contact@bosworthpropertymarrakech.com to arrange a viewing. We look forward to hearing from you!

Dear Roseanne: You're right, this was special _for the little I could see_ in the video. I.e. it was too dark -- not the house per se but the camera. First a goat, now a donkey... Are you building an ark in the desert?? Best regards as always.

It really is quite the trip of a house, between the zuoak and the garage. Unfortunately I have to agree with Daniel, the light levels really let this down. I hope Leo can salvage it by reprocessing the raw.
What sort of age is it? Mid-to-late 19C?

Could you provide the exact location and describe the neighborhood and street (three entrances), as well as the general condition of the property and whether renovations are needed? Also, I'd like to see more of the first kitchen and get details on the distribution of the space, including the location of the entrance to the apartment. Additionally, can you provide more information about the three entrances mentioned earlier? Thanks

It’s a great space. That apartment is unbelievably awful! But it could be “fixed” I’m sure.

The little apartment comes as a bonus. I wouldn't concentrate on it. The main Riad is beautiful!

"Beautiful house. I wonder how long cities like Marrakech will remain inhabitable. It has rained less and less over the last 10 years, and there are already water restrictions in February. I'm worried about mass migrations due to water scarcity. I definitely wouldn't invest my million euros in a pile of stones in the desert."

It has been a relatively dry winter so far. Yet there's definitely enough water in Morocco. And the government is currently linking up the pipelines across the country so it can be moved to where it's needed. Marrakech will be fine.

      I dare to doubt that.
