i learned this song from a travelling hippie with an accoustic guitar and to this day, think it is one of the best lyrics everst it blew my mind when i heard it. i have never seen the actal band do it, i didnt even know the name. this is what music is meant to be. haters be damned, it makes me cry with hope.
wow this video takes my breath away every time and gives me chills at the end. its great to see a band that sounded as good if not better live than on their albums, there should be more like them. i would give literally anything to have been at this concert haha
hahahahha thats so amazing! thats when you know a band is amazing! when you can hear the entire croud literally sing every word of the song and not just the chorus like most songs. sent chills down my spine!
helimaster!! youre absolutely right! i love dispatch and i love state radio too. id really freak out if state radio would do a cover of this awesome song!!
@beatlesrock354 HA no. this one is way better. this is from 2001(or 02) in new york after 9/11. the MSG one was Dispatch: Zimbabwe. look up zimbabwe general for the other version
@Kickdrum16 haha my bad dude..i really read that wrong. i agree with that statement..though i do love every album theyve ever made. unless your a die hard fan then you either like the old or the new it seems like, there isnt much in between
awesome! nver thought this song could be good. this was covered by bamboo band of philippines which first i heard and it was great to hear. But....this more awesome.
@theMnM182 Are you saying all incubus is bad or just one era? Cause their new vs. old is the difference between night and day..But ill give dispatch one thing that they do well. They have good harmonies but other than that i dont see the bass guitar or drum lines to be anything special or unique
pete stated in a recent interview (based off of chillybearB's comment) that he experimented with teaching for a bit, but quickly realized that it was not right for him.
Ok, They do NOT Suck! They Broke Up Because they where best friends and they said before they mad the band that if they got in fights because of it they where going to break up. n thats what happened. they are still best friends but in different bands now, like State Radio. They Do Not Suck. They are Better Then You Guys will Ever Be. ~Hayley
No offense to Dispatch, I think they're great, but I think Chad's on to greener pastures with State Radio... I have no problem with Dispatch reuniting "now and then"!
