Talk forcefully to customer care and just say green line issue is software issue and for galaxy S series devices there is 3 years of warranty for such display issue - so now they have to now fix this issue.

I using moto G52. From last 2 years. Within 2 years i changed my display 2 times due to green line issue, 1st time display change was free by warrenty claims. But 2nd time same green line in my phone. They are charge ₹6500. Very very bad experience with Motorola mobiles.
I connected with Customer service. They told like currently they only have option to change the display for s21 series and s22 ultra as a free service having beyond warranty. This is an unacceptable one. Why not for S22+ having the same green line issue . Many users facing the same problem then why s22+ user have to pay for this shit .

Bhai unke rules ke according unko aapka display free me badalna chahiye tab toh. Today just a green line strike my Realme X7 Pro 5G for third time, before two times I got free replacement and now third time I don't know since I have to go 50kms away for Service Centre.

Now Samsung has reconsidered free replacement, Samsung India Support confirmed its free screen replacement program has been extended. It is now available for Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, Galaxy S21 Ultra, Galaxy S21 FE, and Galaxy S22 Ultra users. The period for this screen replacement program is valid until 30 September 2024. Moreover, those devices should have been purchased within three years from the date of the repair request. Samsung also revealed that while the screen panel will be available free of cost, users have to bear the labor charges and need to have the original purchase bill. I hope you have a great day.

Aap customer care par baat kariye and unse kahiye ki aapke phone me koi dent nhi h and aapka phone me ye green line software ke chalte aaya hai - to kyu service centre waale free me replace nhi kar rahe, sath me yebhi boliyega ki S-series ke display ka 3 year's ka warranty hota hai aise issues ke liye and upar se Phone mehnge hai.
Ye saari baate bolne ke baad wo log kch bhi excuse de to aap maniyega mat and kahiyega ki mujhe Samsung satisfied nhi kar pa raha..

This device has a display issue mainly non adaptive refresh rate and heat management ,
Using camera heats up 48 easily
Relaunched 2023 with same build
Create awareness to skip this device in 2024
Instead go for other series like s23 and above series
Even s22 has this issue
S23 they used good processor and vapour cooling chambers etc
