These convos are very wholesome, especially seeing Yuri try to cheer Marianne up, understanding it's not her fault over a misunderstanding he had with having an allergic reaction towards horses and cats, possibly one of my favorite supports in three hopes.
Poor Yuri, he was only allergic to horses, glad to see everything was resolved in the end, very wholesome support conversations we got between Yuri and Marianne.
I think he allergic to America fur, because he also allergic to cat just like me in real life 😅
Yet he’s somehow able to ride one during expeditions 🤔
How can he be allergic when he’s a horse unit himself? 😂 I find this fact hilarious.

To be fair, this is a "what if" scenario set in an alternate universe. Three Houses' Yuri could possibly not have any allergies to animal fur. Although... we can still make him ride horses in Three Hopes. Sorta unwholesome, if you ask me.

This was so wholesome! It was so cute to see Marianne trying to help Yuri after their misunderstandings are cleared up.
No wonder Yuri has a bane in Riding. Also, as someone also extremely allergic to cats and mildly allergic to other furred animals, I sympathize with him immensely. That being said, dogs are worth the sniffles for me.
Thankfully, I don't have such allergies myself (I literally grew up around cats & dogs). As far as I'm aware, my only allergies are hay fever (only really hits me if I'm not wearing a mask while mowing the lawn)....and mosquito bites. The latter is particularly annoying. I still remember one time I got a mosquito bite just above my right eye, and it actually caused my eye to swell shut completely (effectively leaving me temporarily blind in that eye) until the swelling went down. When I get a mosquito bite, they swell up quite a bit more than when other people get a mosquito bite. I don't really like taking allergy medicine for it either, since that medicine has a tendency to just outright knock me out.

I was happy to get this support since I started doing the Scarlet Blaze route first, mainly because I'm saving Azure Gleam last, and this may have to be one of my favorite supports in game. I really felt bad Yuri and Marianne here, but glad to learn it was a misunderstanding of Yuri having allergies. Thanks for uploading this, and sorry about what happened with the Jeralt/Byleth support convos yesterday.

Her support with Shez is also incredibly wholesome. Shez actually convinces her to stop worrying about bringing "misfortune" to those around her and helps Marianne to just really open up. If Marianne were a real person, I'd be incredibly tempted to just give her a big hug to show that other people truly care about her.
Marianne is the most precious character. All of her supports are so wholesome
People say Byleth is the second coming of Sothis, but in reality Marianne is the goddess among these mortals.
I like how Marianne brings out the wholesomeness in everyone, even someone as rugged as Yuri. Everyone agrees she's a precious cinnamon roll.
I just recruited Hapi and Constance so I haven't gotten the chance to experience this yet
So basically Yuri has a allergic reaction to horses... so why does he have the range of a horse unit in FEH?
Probably to let him be an honorary cavalier instead of being in the actual class.
It's an attempt to copy his relic, the Fetters of Dro-something or other, which when combined with Foul Play gives Canto like how a mounted unit would have

Hay fever, the bane of my existence during Spring.
This had me thinking of how hilarious it'd be if there was tellius character that gets mistaken to not like the Laguz but is actually just allergic to them so they stay away.
I relate to Yuri. Allergies get in the way. Especially if you have it as severe as mine. Which unfortunately is all year round and causes terrible skin problems. Ugh.

I hope no one minds me asking but, can anyone tell me how to recruit Yuri? I really wanted characters in other fe games but didn't know how to recruit them and went throughout the whole story without them and I love Yuri so I'm hoping to get him before I miss my chance. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

If you mean Three Hopes, on different routes he will appear on different maps, somewhere before the end of Part 1 (at least in SB and AG). To persuade him to join your army, you will have to use the strategy 'Persuade Yuri' that will appear before the battle (takes up 10 or 20 points, don't really remember) and once you're in combat with him use the strategy, then simply defeat him and he will join you.
If you haven't played much yet, that might sound a bit complicated, but it's actually just a press of a button. All other recruitment is done this way too.
