I hadn't heard the original before this, but I just went and listend and good god this is so much better. Cannot stop listening to this version. Her voice is just too perfect for the song, along with the acoustic guitar. Just amazing. I've just booked to go seem them live in September as well, cannot wait.
The guys were great but Chrissy had strained her voice or something and was completely inaudible over the music :/ They did 'in our bones' and another I can't remember though, both were quieter and accoustic and fucking awesome, so I'd definitely go see them again, it was just a shame about Chrissy's voice for the rest of it :/

I totally agree with you. People are just haters. I tried singing myself, I didn't sing as good as Chrissy. And that's fine with me because she's not good. She's amazing. She deserves more than hate. She deserves love and kindness.
I don't think the song is bad at all. But you can't deny that the amount of autotune in the song is what makes it sound really good. She probably could song well without it, but the fact of the matter is that there is autotune. Nobody's opinion can be "wrong" so please, grab some Dasani or Aquafina and drink up. ;P
