Which is why I am studying for the medical exam to be a doctor (albiet better late then ever). You show to take life at your own pace.

Broth with a good fat plug (don’t skim at all) keeps weeks n weeks in the back of fridge. Once u break plug, use/drink in a day. I have skin in my broth so I get a good fat layer in my jars. Keeps up to 6 weeks. I have jars n jars on my bottom fridge shelf lol
