I signed up on a ward list to be available for helping the sister missionaries give lessons since they need an extra person. I was camping when they 1st called, but texed them a prayer of encouragement and success. It dawned on me that our Lord is allowing me to do my own type of mission as I help them, and maybe my wisdom can help protect them if it's God's will 🤺🙏🏻 Thank you for being SO FAITHFUL 🫂👍🏻🤍🕊💌

How fitting the number 49, as in the 1849 gold rush. Fitting because the 49 was a quest for gold in California and here is a quest for the treasure that are the 49 souls in California.
That’s an interesting observation. We just moved as fast as we could. But I love that you found a parallel in the Numbers. It really is like a gold rush of the greatest treasure, eternal life.
When I was all in I would’ve viewed these folks similarly as myself. I’d have admired them. Now I see them as zealot kooks. Similar to the way I used to view JWs. Admire them for their enthusiasm regardless of how off base I believe them to be.

Thank you Brother. I agree that what’s most important is bringing others unto Christ. It is for this purpose I invite all to follow God, and His inspired servants in our day. We have been commanded to partake of the sacrament by Jesus Christ. I hope we can all follow His example and obey.
