I sure would like to hear some real world user reviews on these. I looked at one at my local dealer and like it, but JCB has not had good review historically. It is the most comfortable seat by far of the ones I've looked at.
I have a 2022 55Z and use for personal use mostly with some side jobs. So far used it to clear about 3 acres of softwood trees, some pretty large, and a bunch of other small jobs, I have some videos on my page of it working. I have the thumb and would never want one without. They replaced the dozer cylinder under warranty although they stuck me with the $800 labor cost. My dealer in central Florida is Briggs JCB, and the first tech that came out to do the 500 hour service was awesome - middle age guy. Super knowledgeable and said these are good machines. they switched techs and the new one is a young guy and sloppy. It's really true what they say, you buy the dealer/service not the machine. I hate getting service from Briggs now. Left 2 messages for return call and nothing. If I did it all over again I would buy an 8-9 ton series machine - small enough to get into tight places and be towed by a normal pickup but more power for digging and pushing trees.
