Final Fantasy VII Rebirth (2024) is an action role-playing game developed and published by Square Enix. I like that when Cloud is walking up to his moms house in the fire that the subtitles change from 'Cloud' to 'Security Officer'. They also show him laying on the ground when Cloud walks up to the door. AND during the static the POV flashes the security officer uniform on his arm for a split second. Attention to detail in the plot is on point.

Kinda lame, he felt much more powerfull in the original game, with noob cloud standing next to fully decked out Sephiroth.

My first ps1 game was FFVII and has been part of my core gaming ever since, since it started my gaming life - I always know when there's a pause in video uploads that's theirs's something good coming
Any chance you screamed at him to turn around when he walked away from the naturally occurring materia? I've played through FFVII a dozen times, getting three of each master materia in most of those play throughs. I am enjoying his play through, but when a beat is missed, it hurts slightly.

8 isn't underrated, if anything it has the same amount of fans that will defend the title over 7. Some grew up with 7, some grew up with 8...during the ps1 Era just depends on when you picked one or the other up. Both are great in their own aspect. 7 just gets more attention especially during its remake Era. I believe 8 will see its day, just hope they do the fans of that title justice.

Nah this game just got no hype. I loved the first game watched the shit out of it on TH-cam I didn’t even realise part 2 released. Thats why it’s kinda dumb they released it so late
dan is 100% right this game did not sell well, most of us had a PS4 in 2020 and with COVID we had some free time so interest in FF7 Remake was super high and the likes and views were super inflated, a perfect storm. With the sequel, much less people have a PS5, so less people bought it, and there was so much less hype. I didnt know it had come out till now and its not enough for me to buy a PS5 for so meh. It is not a conspiracy

I know exactly, and I do mean exactly, how you feel. FF7, the Original, literally changed the trajectory of my life. It will always and forever be, my favorite game of all time.
And my two favorite characters are Cloud and Sephiroth. Can't choose between them. Btw, you switched off the magnify materia before you tried to heal. You can use it to heal multiple characters, that's why Sephiroth was able to heal both with his Curaga when you used it.
I like your laid back, calm, and collected videos.. just showing us the game with some commentary here and there.. oh and you do it without swearing every five seconds.. keep it up buddy love ya and your awesome vibes!!
It still blows my mind knowing that cloud is actually the quiet soldier in the back. While his Sephiroth memories are actually Zack's memories
I love how Sephiroth and the soldier is just standing around while "Cloud" is pushing the heavy ass mako vacuum.

this was also my first game on the Playstation.... i was blown away, as i'd never played a game like this one. Always had fond memories. And these remakes have been outstanding!
Okay. I'm gonna say it. This game has absolutely no reason to look this beautiful and realistic to this degree. It makes me sad that many gaming companies cannot replicate or come close to the level of intricate story telling, animation and game play quite like the Final Fantasy series. I can hand by heart say this series has redefined what games can look like since its inception. What a game

Definitely Final Fantasy VI. The multiple storyline, great villian, Kefka. Hidden characters. The music score was insane for its time.

The first time I play this I was 13 years old. I bought it from circuit City or camp USA can remember and it was amazing. I played it so many times. I loved it and I've been a fan of final fantasy ever since. Thank you for posting. I can't wait to play it on my own as well later on!

You know it's easy to say this in hindsight but if you paid close attention to the entire Nibelheim Flashback now, and the classic, you could almost tell something wasn't right because to be such close friends, Tifa seemed disconnected from Cloud

FF9 100000% I would say 7 and 9 are my absolute favourites. I recently got to play the Super Mario rpg remake and it just brings back all the nostalgia of childhood.
