Fish Aggregating Device (FAD) and Eco Buoy in Palau

Keobel Sakuma from The Nature Conservancy talks about a trial program of technology called an Eco Buoy, previously only used by large scale industrial fishing boats. Here being used for the first time in Palau in combination with Fish Aggregating Devices (FAD) to help local fisherman catch more pelagic fish and boost food security.
