6 years ago, a cat came to my house and gave birth in a drawer (outside my house). Then she started to claim us as her owner -_- I was like whatever, now you're one of us. Damn she is sitting beside me right now

I once said no because I was in student housing and they didn’t allow cats, I still remember the cat and regret to this day it 20 years later, I’ve tried to make up for it by saving as many cats as I can and fortunatly it lived somewhere with ok foodsources and shelter to be had but it caught My heart though I only meet it briefly. Actually crying as I’m thinking about it.

We have been chosen by oh so many cats, from my childhood on. Mum rescued them on a big scale. And they KNOW where the hoomans live who won't shut the door.
One we had recently rescued nearly 5 years ago, we are sure brought another to our door. She kept miaowing at the front door, it was quite late, dark, wet and cold. We opened the door, being wise ourselves to the wisdom of a cat's miaow, and on our doorstep stood a thin, shivering, bedraggled tabby cat. We scooped her up with no opposition and dried her off. We had 4 cats at that time and she seemed terrified of our furry morons.
Luckily, I was pretty bedbound for months so she stayed in my room with me until we could calm her street shattered nerves and fears and introduce her to the others. It was just over a week or so later that she was sitting on my lap and I was stroking her, when I felt a foot kick me through the sides of her tummy!!
Yes we were with child it seemed and we took her to be dated etc at the vet.We built her a cardboard box nest with soft clean laundry and a front high enough to stop babies from falling through it. A few weeks later starting at 1am (of course) my dauhghter, Amber and myself midwived in Tabitha's babies (or Tabbyfur if you like). God knows what use we were but as she began under my bed closest to my head I think she wanted us there. I caught the first one as we were lifting her into her birthing room which now had a cloth hanging over it to keep the warmth in and some privacy. By the time we fell into bed there were 3 and when we awoke, 4.
If any of our special closest friends or family could have taken one or two we would have parted with them. Unluckily for us there were none. We just could not bear, neither Amber or me, to hand them to strangers who might one day in the future decide they didn't want them. After all, we already had 4 cats that had been cast aside; Tabitha was the latest and could barely have been more than 7/8 months old.
We couldn't risk it happening to one of our beautiful bubbies so suddenly we were 9! Sadly our eldest at 18, Ringo, passed away shortly after so we were back down to 8, where we currently remain. It's hellish at mealtimes if you are late but worth it. Babies are now 4 years old (tho we still call them the babies).
Cat comes, cat stays, cat owns you now.
Poor cat she just wanted find a safe place for her kitties. That lady is very good. I hope even if she doesnt adopt that cat can helps her giving foods n having a place her. Kitty know that lady is loving and caring heart. 😢
Yini Hdez She can’t Adopt the cat, her baby is allergic. That’s why she didn’t take the cat in until she found out she came to her because she was pregnant.

@@kritikasampleone7457 Just because you are allergic to a cat doesn't make you automatically allergic to a dog nor all other furry animals. That depends from person to person. And if people who are allergic to it are in a same house/building/apartment as or even stands in the same room close to someone who have held-, been touched by (like when a cat strokes itself around ones legs in ex.), or have touched the animal the person will still get an allergic reaction even when indirectly exosed to it.
The cat can't live there since the apartment and woman will have what gives the allergy reaction all over the place and on clothes and just everything, and in the air too! Such people can't be around places, nor people that the cat has been around or living/visiting in.
Allergy is a bitch and it's never easy! Those are the things you sometimes has to avoid for family and friends that have certain allergies even if you aren't allergic to it yourself.
How could she ignore that sweet face for two months 😭😭😭😭 I’m glad that they built a special little place for Samson to stay so she won’t have to worry about food and warmth, she looks so happy at the end~
She didn't ignore the cat, she couldn't let her in. Her grandson is allergic to cats.

Oh! Exactly! I think it's not only a belief in Japan, I live in the Philippines and there's a belief like that as well. "They said, since cats have a magical ancestral, if a cat you don't own, enter the house several times, whether it's looking for food or not, don't chase them away, there was a reason out of all the houses they chose yours. My grandma always say to me, stray cats who Enters a house can feel both negative and positive and was attracted to the energy. So as much as possible, dont chase them away. One way or another, because of that I always had cats (mostly stray that turned house pet) ever since I was a kid.

Cats are the filthy beasts i despise the most. Well, they are the only one i know that find funny to torture little animals and slaughter them for fun after playing with their lives even if not hungry.

I'm actually allergic to both, but I've still owned cats and dogs throughout the years. The "breaking in" period to the allergens each time was terrible, but... I just can't seem to live without a furry pet :).
Kritika Sample One I'm allergic to cats and birds. I have a dog 3 cats and a cockatiel. Lol one cat I'm severely allergic too I get rashes. She is almost 17 years old and wants to be held. I'm always itching! Lol the cockatiel is also very demanding and you can always tell after I played with her. I'm itching and sneezing! Lol

Thank you for finally accepting mama kitty. Kitties are the absolute BEST!! With a bath she'd clean up and be a beautiful cat. She truly loves you. Please keep her. If kitties get a frequent bath they aren't so allergic for humans. I use to be bothered with every/kind of allergy. The new kinds of allergy injections last after your treatment has stopped. Please update videos of her kittens. She looks so content and relaxed in that last picture. I give my kitties thick crochet afghans to sleep on. They usually sleep in bed with me. They are strictly inside kitties for their own safety.

I have two cats, both free, first one was a farm kitty needing a home, second was a stray cat who had kittens in our house after feeding her, we gave the kittens homes and desexed her , they choose you believe me!
Every time a cat keeps coming to a house like that, they are simply pleading for a safe place to birth their kittens and rest easy until they regain their strength! Humans do that!
