So glad I found your channel. I was recently diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my knees, and am dealing with a flare-up, and can't currently do my regular standing dumbbell workout. This was a fantastic upper body workout, thank you.😊
Thanks, I enjoyed clear instruction and even pace of exercises. I sprained my ankle playing pickleball and realized I could find a seated upper body workout. You were just right today!
I'm a fire fighter, broke my leg 5 weeks ago. Ready to workout again and this was some good motivation that i can still get a decent session in seated.
@@SamuelJordanFitness hi Jordan I've been doing this for a couple of weeks thank you. I just learnt that I should be power training for my age. Do you have some non-weightbearing power training tips or can I just do this work out with heavier weights and less reps
One of my legs was injured in an accident and now I still can't move freely due to the injury. Thank God my upper body is ok so this workout helps me a lot! Thanks!
Really good workout - and as someone who's in terrible shape, it was weirdly encouraging to watch you struggle! Nice to know we're all working, just at different levels.
Wheelchair user, love this workout. Managed to get through it with a light weight. Will work up gradually. Usually as a wheelchair user it's just stretches with these videos. But this is a challenge and proper workout. It got my heart pumping and muscles burning ❤
So glad that you enjoyed the workout!! It’s very important to me that I provide challenging workouts even though they’re seated, because I noticed most of the seated workouts I found on TH-cam were very beginner and mostly stretching like you mentioned. Thank you for the support and keep up the great work! 👊🙏💪
So after doing this back and forth for a year i need to tell you that somedays doing this to the half video mark is really good aswell. I do these 4 times per week and it has helped me alot. Thanks again buddy.
It can be so frustrating when you get an injury and it affects your training. Great work to focus on your upper body whilst your ankle recovers. Thanks for the support! 👊🙏
You made my day! I’m an avid hiker/walker and I just had surgery on my right calf and was told to stay off my feet for 2-4 weeks. Thank you! It was challenging! ❤
Just bought a set of 10/15/20/25 dumbbells for home use. I sit all day working from home and wanted to perform a chair exercise workout. Completed my first set with your video and will do this every day till I am ready to move to longer periods and/or standup routines. I see you have a wealth of videos to follow. Thank you, Samual, this will help me tremendously. I am sure you have something that incorporates a leg workout. Bought a workbench to replace my chair too for flat an incline exercises.
This workout is a god send thank you so much!!! I am recovering from knee surgery and the thought of losing my progress from workouts was freaking me out so thanks for making these videos
Thank you so much! I sprained my ankle and was looking for an exercise to do while I'm recovering, your video was perfect and I worked up a bit of a sweat 😅
