I recommend an Orca which can do over 500m/s allowing you to stroll away from the Thargoids. I recommend that you learn how to do the Super Cruise assist trick to come in with your hair on fire. It will save 30s per arrival. It will also make you less vulnerable to Interdiction. Once you have found a good station and arrived at it for the first time, I recommend bookmarking it. This will allow you to instantly point towards the station on arrival, then set up Supercruise Assist (Supercruise Assist Throttle set to Manual). Likewise for the Rescue Ship. Set them as favourite when you are doing a loop. This will save you time on setting your next destination. They just want to get off, I recommend all Economy Cabins for this and doing Group with autofill.
Thanks for your feedback. While I agree that the Python may not be very fast, it has the most theoretical passenger space for an M ship (the Orca is an L ship and cannot land on outposts) and is still fast enough that I am rarely destroyed. I mainly do this for money, so that is why I focused on personal missions, which sometimes require business cabins (luxury first i guess). As a whole, though, this is really good advice.

I've got a problem with those missions : i can't find any of them, i remember i was doing those mission in 2021, but in 2024...can't find any, even with all the tools we have for ED... Do you have any advice for finding them ? Each time i go to a surface base, spatioport or starbase, they don't need help or there are no mission at all... even if i get jump by thargoid on the way to the station, i think it a bug, but i went back to ED in january 2024 and since then i didnt find any of this mission...

In the galaxy map, select the system, select Thargoid War on the right sidebar, and make sure that the progress bar is below 100%.
40.000.000 Credits. Nice. I only get around 2.000.000 to 7.000.000 Credits per Mission.
Once you do a couple runs to the same station, your reputation increases and you get the better missions.
