Personally I think it's fine, if you wanted to get a louder sound you could always just move the mic closer (even if its in the camera shot). I think it sounds tinny and echoey because its far from your voice
Well, try turning the "janky" way. It's a pull-back motor that cracks being winded up. Then you let go and it goes by itself... for a while. The "while" depends totally on how accurately you built the inside stuff. Keep on rockin'.
Yes, that was a big miss. I have the set, and I guess I did not built it accurately enough, as mine does not really turn on its own even after fiddling with the gears. The doors make up a 'fan' that is supposed to slow the thing down due to air resistance. Which, in a real clock would actually be done by an escape mechanism on the pendulum, so it is a shame it does not have that. I like the looks of the set, and the concept, a wind-up clock tower is great, the execution leaves something to be desired. The railway station is a lot better and crazier though.
Definitely much bigger than I thought it was going to be - Looks great and love the gears working. Awesome job Scottie
More Pantasy? Absolutely! They're one of the best alternative brands.
More to come! Next one tonight.
@@brickmeupscottie You're the man!
Been looking forward for this review, so cool to see it being built
Fun, the next Pantasy video will drop today :)
Yea yea yea, I was trying something diff with the mic. In the next Pantasy set I go back to my other mic lol.
Sounded clear on my phone

Did not sound that good in the beginning
I have gone back to my own mic. Lol THanks guys.
Pantasy and Funwhole make really great sets 🤩
For this set I would like it even more if the gears were in metallic colors 🤔
Lots more to review coming from both of them. Yea, you're right, the gears should be chrome!

@@rslotb The railway station is an amazing set. I wish Pantasy would get back to their Steampunk releases. It's been way too long.
Ahh, I wish they'd state that then I'd go back to check..it's been dismantled since lol.
Looks like we're not the only ones lol.
not as full sound
I agree.
