All fun and stuff untill it does it at 3 am
That's nothing! Sometimes I leave my Xbox One controller plugged into my laptop's USB port and for whatever reason my laptop wakes up like 30 minutes later and that triggers the controller's rumble, it makes hella noise on my wooden desk and gives me quite a scare
Mine did 😬 was not 3m but it was like 1-2 am and it was bc I forgot that i left my PS4 on and if I move and the plug I have to walk next to my bed it it’s power so it turned on that’s what I think happen when I moved in my bed

when you put ps4 in rest mode for a short period of time the usb(s) wont get any power so the wheel turns off and when the usb(s) get power then the wheel starts calibrating.
just unplug the usb from ps4 if you put it in rest mode. or just turn the ps4 completely off. or you could change the settings so usbs dont get power in rest mode, but then you cant charge anything from the usbs when in rest mode of course.
but it has never calibrated by itself other than that for me.

Just got the 923 for my Xbox Series X. I havent had a force feedback steering wheel in 10 years, but theyve come a long way. This thing really rocks with Assetto Corsa and Dakar desert Rally.
Quick lil story: My xbox sometimes turns on itself because of a short circuit but once it did it with the wheel connected at like 2am and I shit myself 💀💀

The xbox wheel seems to spin pretty hard or at least moves faster and harder than the rest
all wheels have the same force it just happens that the g920 is giving 100% during calibration, while the others give maybe 70%
Interesting they seem different the g29 seems like it has more rotation

@@jack.jjw13 so? Just cos it "turns left" than right doesn't really mean the components are different or the FFB, they are practically the same except the G920 has less buttons, just cos it turns left though doesn't really change the character of it

As someone who has owned and used all 3 of the wheels, I mostly use the g920. People say it's loud but compared to all of the other wheels Logitech makes it is defiantly the quietest one and has never given me any problems

My G27 does this trick too. I like these Logi wheels, but it's definitely time for me to go for something considerably better.

G290 jolt at the end is the sign of FFB deadzone. 20 degrees with no feedback in the center. I wonder if they fixed it in G923 as the hardware is the same.
I don't care about that speed, what matters is playing
For drifting, the wheel being able to spin fast is actually a big benefit in a lot of situations I have found. However startup rotation is no where near as fast as the wheel when it’s producing 100% of its possible torque.

I'm pretty confused why ps4 has better wheels when xbox has forza and shares many other racing titles, especially rally related. Seems pointless to make almost the same product but take things off of one.

Take in mind that G923 isn't compatible with a lot of games, that's why I decided to go with g920.

@@elevated5096 While I'm tempted to say that isn't compatible with some games, I think that most racing games (Even old ones) should support it, maybe most of them will need a binding, some games that are more "close" when it becomes to customization (Like Forza Motorsport 6) won't support it.
What is true is that trueforce is barely supported.
I just bought my g923 have have played Shift 2 Unleashed, all the GRID games, F1 23, asseto corsa, and project cars and it works perfectly
If you look at the middle one it jiggles when it stops but the others didn’t

Got the G923 it’s been fun. Bought the ReaSnow s1 and I can use the wheel on any racing game on the OG Xbox/ps2 Xbox 360/ps3 and new gen consoles. Been playing through midnight club 3 dub edition remix on Xbox 360 with it.

You can adjust the rotation speed with Logitech G-hub software. That's what he did.
You cant adjust the startup speed

my g920 was truning as fast as in the vid and it made me scared because i thought it was going to break itself with that speed.
It was 4 AM a couple days ago and I left my Xbox on rest mode and my g920 randomly started calibrating and scared the living shit outta me

If you have the money to buy a new G293 then buy a good thrustmaster.
If you wanna have a wheel but are not sure that this is the right thing for you then go for a used G29. No joke so many people buy a wheel play with them 2 hours and not used them anymore. I friend of mine bought a used G29 with shifter from a 7 year old kid because the breaks were to hard just for 140€ 😂
