Lovely place. Great presentation. I think ₹2000 per person per day is on the upper side of the budget. With added taxes a couple will have to fork out ₹ 5000 on lodging and ₹2000 on boarding per day. For HNIs and NRIs it may seem budget friendly but not for middle class desis. Maybe the owners designed it for the elite class! That's not taking away the concept and facilities of this resort.

Frankly speaking I clicked on this video by seeing Rs.2000 stay which was not the fact ,it was Rs. 2000 per person ,generally we think as per day tariff for a room not for single person, anyways it was good that I clicked I could see antiques,thanks

Stay and food is really good ,experience Is awesome but money spent to reach the destination is more as it is away from Dahanu .so going to Dahanu n coming back will need auto compulsory and it may cost 250 to 300 bucks one way.
Hi,it's for per person, you can take sharing auto,the property owner will guide about traveling from station to the farm.

Good nature place. I loved it. But 2k and 3k cost is high. Couple and kid 1day stay will go around 10k. We wish to visit for 2-3 days but this is too high. How to afford.
Yes, dear it's season time sometimes Tariff rates are low and sometimes it goes on the expensive side.
Hi. You mentioned 2000 pp. So it's not per night basis like other places. If twin sharing so do I need to pay rs 4000 per night?

Hi, Outside the weather will be hot during summer but inside the room of the property the atmosphere is pleasant,even the area near farming is cool so you can decide as per this about the stay.
Nice video man are there mosquitoes at night and what activities can we do after late evening or after dinner

Surprisingly though the Property looks nice and cosy, I don't think it is Disable friendly, which is a huge Negative... In India this is the basic problem that thought is never give to make a place Disable Friendly and accessible.
Would appreciate if thought is given to this and arrangements are made if possible for Wheelchair bound Tourists who want to visit with Family....

Hi, Would like to mention that it can be a good option for kids to learn so many about the nature and also get knowledge about vintage and unique things.Sometimes learning something new is always a different experience for kids apart from play area🙂.
