Unfortunately this is something you will have to research on yourself. First look at good universities you are interested in, than look at their courses for international student. Than you can find a interesting course find its fees, requirement for English etc. Also check if it's in SOL list to get pr later than you approach a agent to go through the process. For answers about making money. Yes you can deifnarely work part time and cover your expenses. I don't think you can cover your fees and still spend time on quality studies. People who try to pay there fees aswell usually can't cope with studies and choose cheaper course and uni which doesn't build them a career. Hopefully this helps.
