    I'm learning Muay Thai right now and it has been 3 months since I have been training. I am trying to strive to become a champion and protect the love ones I loved. My perception has changed over time. I use to want to learn Muay Thai to just be very ambitious in the corrupt way but as I learn through out time, my views has changed :')

    The human heart moving what needs to be moved so to live, is what muay thai is all about. You, uploader, fight with the spirit of the heart to make what should be known, but is not, known!

    1. The narrator isn't actually talking about Muay Thai. The speech wasn't made for this video. 2. You don't have to follow his instructions literally... that's why it's called INSPIRATIONAL or MOTIVATIONAL speaking. Awesome video btw, always gets me excited for my training.

    I wanted to share this but I cant because of the part about not sleeping and eating. I get the point but just today in the news we hear about people who die or nearly die from over-training and not enough sleep. Part of success is being smart in how we train so that we can be effective and gain the positive results. Of course, too much sleep is also negative. Holistic balance is key, with EFFORT.

    I dont know who is narrating this, but I dont care if it's a rapper trying to make money, its still inspiration for the sport of Muay Thai. If more people get better, and get inspiration for training harder, it's good enough.

    1:55 As someone with no experience in muay thai but interested. Are those kicks truly effective.. cause they look like slurries.. or are they realy powerkicks that look easy?

    • @bkzippy8757
      @bkzippy8757 10 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      They are extremely powerful. They hit with the shin and their shin is hard as steel because of their training. These kicks are extremely dangerous to the oppponent. If you get hit by that kick on your head, you`ll die immediately

    • @ZMorpheus
      @ZMorpheus 10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      BKZippy Thanks for the explanation. It seems like a dangerous weapon and unusual. cause for normal people they wouldn't even think about using their shin cause it would hurt too much.. but i understand what you mean.. kinda like Jean Claude van Damme was kick training against the palm tree and refused to break his leg. then the old guy told him he doesn't want to train so get the f*ck out.. so Claude kicked the shit out of his leg till he collapsed. but he broke the tree..

    • @wonsz1992
      @wonsz1992 10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Its not about series of kicks , its about that one kick you can hit in a real fight. This is just training.

    • @mavericksdcuo2409
      @mavericksdcuo2409 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      to do this kcik right u need to rotate ur turso correctly while at the same time have a momentom behind ur kick
      its not only a kick u just throw
      its a kick with technique behind it
      that why muay thais kicks can shatter the chest bone and etc
