Hello, We are changing a crankshaft for derbi d50b0 engine( senda xtreme) And one gear wheel is doesn’t come off, the first one on the bottom next to the clutch. Should we take off the clutch to take it out , because we think it’s not necessary to take if the clutch ?
you should have cleaned the engine block and removed corotion, then put the berings on the crank and then heatet the block up, thereafter put it all in, of vourse put everything else in to but crank before gearing, that is the way my friends did it and the way i did it, super easy, nice buld.
11:36 there, under the case, between gear selector and case, was a little bearing ball?i have the 2 washers but when cases are together, mine is stuck.don t rotate. please help me bro
@@rudolfs450 i think i know what the problem was the sealing was to close to the bearing so you could barely move it but now it loves freely but what i dont know is How close shoulde the seal be to the bearing
@@sanemann1238 well then something is wrong, because if you have all the gears, drum and forks in it sholud spin. Not in every drum rotation, but if its in gear or neutral it should spin
For 7 days i have been busy with the gear drum because when i put the forks in the drum it doesn't rotate anymore so it will not shift, transmission is moving how it should... Does anyone know why it doesnt shift when i put the forks in?

@@rudolfs450 yes,but i think there is one washer + or -
when i close the case, my transmission gets stuck, cant change gears and the transmission gears are very tough and doesnt spin well

look up the right gasket thickness and use that
My crank bearings dont roll freely what should i do and what could be the problem
@@snowbard1339 start it up and they will settle and move freely after first start. Or you need a bearing tool that presses on the bearing
