      That is how it starts. Then they introduce a "permit" that only costs $35.00 / year. It is for the greater good, you know, to keep it 'fair' for everyone. Then they start policing the waterways and ticket boats with out of date permits. It's $200 + fees. It's only fair to the people who have paid on time. Then because of it's great success the permit fees increase to $150/year and the late fee to $500.....because it is only fair.

      @@daveassanowicz186 The whole idea is to nip it in the bud to prevent it from becoming too expensive. The stuff just creeps up.
