This is four years later. I am now 82 years old. Because of this lady playing my favorite love song so beautifully, I decided I wanted to learn how to play the sax. I am now three years into it. I have a long way to go, but I will make it. I do have Alexandra as my inspiration.

@@jannevanbelleghem4556 Don't let you instructor discourage you from learning or teaching you vibrato. Everyone cries at some point in their life right?? Okay when you start to cry or hold back what does your lower lip start to do, right it starts to quiver or shake. Close your mouth and lips, then with muscles in your lower lip, make your lower lip go up and down, this lip vibrato and will work very well. Give it a try and see how that works for you. You keep playing and practicing, you'll get it.

Make sure you’ve got a solid grip on tone and intonation before you go for vibrato! It’s a lovely enhancement to the sound, but only when you’ve got a solid basis of all of the other things first. keep working to improve, don’t get discouraged, and use every resource you’ve got to be successful!
@@jannevanbelleghem4556 --who is paying for your lessons ??and how long have you been playing ??--by the way I'm almost 70 years old and I've been playing since I was 10 years old,,those days the school gave you free lessons and a free loaner instrument !!! but they taught you only to read music for marching band and concert band,,Never hear of the pentatonic scales for the Sax,,not how to improvise,rock and roll,,stuff I would have loved to do !!--So Please tell me --WHO IS PAYING FOR YOUR LESSONS ??
