I decided turn the day around. while cooking all day i binged on your videos. I laughed,I shed tears ( Master Rang going home) I traveled and learned so much! Thank You for helping me and teaching all of us. This video is the last of the day and I can go to bed in peace.
Hominy is totally something I use and definitely an ingredient that I know exists. The nostalgia. The overwhelming nostalgia of the frequent use of hominy in my childhood and throughout my life just reminds me of how well I was taught to use hominy. Hominy is great and the short clip of hominy put into a blender reminded me of it's cube shape.
Core memories of just downing bucket loads of hominy at family gatherings. Me and all of my cousins just flinging the hominy paste at each other across the table, laughing till we could not breath, all the while our parents berating us, telling us to stop chucking around the beautiful hominy.
I've heard the word before and I think I knew it was something edible, but I have no idea what hominy is. I'm guessing we come from different parts of the world.
The Baja tacos you made with brad using corn tortillas were great but there’s something special about those hominy bad boys that makes this special, great video!
I wish it was 2007 and we could find Matty's random songs on our phones to put as our ringtones. Nothing would make me happier than being sent to the principal's office for Matty busting out in a song about fish tacos in my pocket during a math test.
My mother-in-law has musical ringtones for all her calls and message notifications, even still the "listen while you wait" when calling her. I kind of dig the nostalgia

Growing up I watched both my Nanas make tortillas daily. Perfect round fluffy tortillas! Nowadays I try and they look like the shape of Texas or Illinois! I break out it sweat just like Matty! Don’t tell anyone or they’ll have my Mexican card revoked! Usually no matter how they look they taste like heaven and you realize it was worth all that sweat! Rock on brother

It’s hard to beat a good fish taco. I actually prefer grilled fish and corn Tortillas, but I’m gonna try this recipe this weekend.
I know this recipe is gonna be good because you have to have the cabbage for a fish taco that gives it the crunch texture.
