I dono how did i watched this video without skipping i dono how much my 20 minutes passed away i asked my self what was happening with me in these 20 minutes then i realised i was totally focused on the narrators words just focus focus focus in between few thoughts arised but i ain't gave importance towards it i didn't get distracted so it's all about focusing what you do i watched this video with my 100% interest to learn something so you guys try to focus on thing at a time I'm damn sure that you'll be alright no distractions can fool you just focus on one thing at a time then see the results you'll be peaceful and happy it's like do meditation while opening eyes and hearing something and seeing something love you all guys trust god 🙏

This is really a god gift as I'm wondering how to improve the focus. Recently my guruji came in dream and instructed me to practice thrataka (concentration) and after few days your video came in suggested videos list. This is really happened by grace of guruji. Your video really woke up my lazy mind and reactivated me to grow up in my spiritual journey. Many many sincere thanks to you for posting this video.
Everyone says to develop focus, but no one says" how to develop it...?" And the answer to this question is much more important than replying to any other thing 😬👍
Meditation is the way to develop focus.. meditate at least few minutes before bed and after you wake up...just try to focus only on your breath while you meditate. You will develop a sharp focus over time.
