  • Join Kristy and Spencer, an American and Filipino couple, as they take you on a journey from Cagayan de Oro City to Manila. They share their inspiring story of overcoming rejection, navigating emotional heartache and turmoil, and finding joy in the journey. Kristy and Spencer had a long-distance relationship from 2020 to 2021 and finally met in 2022. They attempted to apply for a student visa twice in the US embassy immigration department to study at Utah Valley University but were rejected twice due to the subjective and unjust standing interview process.
In this video, they share their insights into the visa application process, including how they prepared, what documents they needed, and how they dealt with the challenges they faced. They also explore the sights and sounds of Manila, try new foods, and meet friends, all while sharing their journey of resilience and determination.
Their story is an inspiration for anyone who has faced rejection and adversity, showing how to find joy in the journey despite the challenges. With their experiences and insights, Kristy and Spencer offer hope and encouragement to those navigating the complex world of long-distance relationships, visa applications, and cultural differences.
This video is tailored to the Filipino-Foreigner niche and is a must-watch for anyone interested in the challenges and joys of cross-cultural relationships. So come along for the ride, be inspired by Kristy and Spencer's resilience, and discover Manila through their eyes.
