Awesome, I am 72 and just learning shag. I have found your video sequence very easy and helpful in learning. I appreciate your effort and time in helping anyone who is willing to put the effort in to learn shag.

Excellent turn steps, easy to learn. Look great! We’ve forgotten so many steps; this makes it easier to get back into shag.

I am 62 and from Goa, India. Always was fascinated with Shag but cud never get the hang of rhythm and count. You both are awesome. Very beautiful systematic tutorial videos. Additionally, you both are such an inspiration. Thanks a million 😁😊

@@todancetwo Hello you both. I do watch over and over again till I get the step right. It's easy to follow with simple instructions. Best of all, its so nice to see you both so passionate about dancing n teaching at this juncture. Me n Hilda (my wifey) also like to dance so we both go out social dancing Saturday evenings where they play Jive, cha cha, waltz n foxtrot. Shag not being popular here they almost never play beach/blues music suitable for shag. But I dance at home n share Shag videos with my friends. I do hope to see more instructional videos from you both in near future.

Beginners should add this right after basic and m/f turns. Rather than slightly more difficult steps e.g. sugarfoot and walk up/back. These are say & non-frustrating!

Suggest you trade in for a different mic. Maybe something wireless that clips on. So we don't hear the echo-ey room air. Should greatly improve the production value.
Other than that, your enthusiasm for the dance is contagious!

Thanks -- we accidentally left a CD player going in the background. We have fixed it on the newer videos. So sorry for the background noise in this one.

Todd's red shoes are a gift from a friend who had a stroke and no longer dances. We wear red shoes in this video so that people can easily see our feet.
