Yes, RVing full time can suck. We are retired and have been camping for 25 years or more. In 2022, we decided that we wanted to travel. So we could not afford to own a home and full time RV at the same time and decided to sell our house. We wanted to have no debt, so we paid cash for our camper and 2012 Ford F250 diesel truck. So about 8 months into our new lifestyle, the motor in our diesel truck blew up and to replace it would cost us $23,000. So we had to buy another used truck. Trucks are expensive and hard to find. We were a month and half finding a truck. So we have slowly watched the profit from our home depleted. So RVing can suck and its not for the faint if heart. We traveled for a year and half and now we are staying in one place because its just to expensive to be moving around. Not sure what our next step is at this time.

Remind me was this a brand new truck from the dealer? I forget. I know you didn't have a warranty on the truck but did you ever call the dealer and let them know what happened? How frustrating! If you find the name of the repair shop that fixed your engine, let us know.

@nettieh.5705 It was used, a 2018 f250. But we had only had it 2 weeks. The dealer gave us $1k to leave them alone basically. Better than nothing I guess! The place who did the engine was Southern Blvd Automotive in Rio Rancho. They were awesome.
