I haven’t been able to go outside much cuz of strict lockdown (and partly cuz I’m lazy). I go outside for the first time and my cardio was rubbish. I heard that some good indoor cardio would be max intensity jump roping with Tabata timing. First time I did it I lasted 4 mins😂😂😂. This fantastic.
@@Z3R0Genesis currenlty i have 8 exercises which i do 20-10 intervals (20 work sec 10 rest sec) and i do that 1x per day ( plus resistance weight training with my dumbbells) It may seem easy but its not ur heart beats like crazy 4 min of this every day for me is enough. I do exercises like burpees jump squats jumping lunges jumping jacks pushups etc. Try it out
