can we talk about how cute this start setup is with the sofa and the planty pillows and the plants and the blanket??? love it! Nicoleeeee that photographers eye is definitely shining through here ;) xx
Thank you for showing all your Hoyas, very nice! Love the Obovata the best! And your setup looks great! I hope you get another window like that in your next house!
Your Hoyas are beautiful Nicole. One of my favourites of my own collection is the Hoya monette. It’s a very fuzzy Hoya and has huge red flowers. It’s a good one to add to your amazing collection 🌱💚. Big plant hugs from the U.K. x
What a fabulous selection! I have two Hoya atm, a carnosa and a shepherdii. I feel like since the shep is so green-beany and pointy leafed that I want to get an obovata for my next one so I can have both leaf shape extremes. Cute setup!
Your collection is so 🔥! I didn't care for Hoya when I first started getting into different plants( I'm in my 50's) always just grew all the oldies, but goodies..then covid came..🤯dun dun dun Now I love them. I only have a handful of the common ones as I learn to care and make sure I can keep in my home. Just need a curtsseii and ill be set.lol Anywho...enjoyed thank you!
I LOVE hoya! Would you be willing to share where you find yours? I have a hard time finding some of the least common ones, they get snatched up pretty fast. Hoya is the best plant I can grow, I’m a under waterer so they and I get along great. So if you have any special places your willing to share? Your moving? Are you going to stay in the Chicago area, or are you moving out of state? Just being nosy. I consider you a neighbor right now. Thanks Nicole you have a lovely collection💚🙃 I just read your question, I have about 20 Hoya, repeats of most, it seems I get a brain fart and just keep ordering the same ones🤣 💚🙃 Your set up is so cute I really like your home it’s so pretty, and comfy looking💚🙃
Thanks Judy! I got some of them from a lady named Margarita Hoya on IG & FB You would have to message her I don’t believe she has a store front yet Just moving to the NW suburbs! Not far!
Omg you are a Hoya QUEEN! What a collection!!! I didn’t know you had so many!!! This is the video I filmed when the lipstick incident happened 😂😂🤣 sooooo yeah but love a Hoya video!!! 🖤🖤🖤 also love the new film spot!
It's not a Chelsea it's a Krimson Queen. I had some leaves look like a Chelsea because of the shape of the leaf and I was so confused but omg half moon yay!
Nicole, could you please show us your complete hoya collection? Oh, I see that's what you've done here. I couldn't help but notice that you didn't share them in alphabetical order. Hmm.
@@MyCleanLeaves moving is a lot of work. Don’t move when it’s cold, I did that in the fall once here in NY and lost so many of my plants. The temperature wasn’t supposed to dip that low but no one informed nature of that and I had 2 trailers of plants and ended up with 10 left...so, don’t do that. 😢🪴😉
How long have your hoya been on your kitchen shelves and do you ever have to rotate hoya on the shelf? I'm trying to convince hubby to get me a hoya shelf!!
Your plant is a Hoya carnosa 'Krimson Queen', there is no variegated Hoya carnosa 'Chelsea'. There's some rigorous discussion in the Hoya ID facebook group if you're interested in it. Also FYI splash is just an adjective and should not be included in the name of the plants; Just the genus and species!
Ive been hearing about how there are fb group discussions going on and how the stardust is just an old carnosa 😂👏🏻 I’m not on fb really, but Thanks for the info! It’s splashy. So I like saying splash. But I understand it not being scientifically necessary lol 😆
I love hoyas, their colors and unique beauty. What an awesome hoya collection.

You got a variegated compacta to bloom! Mine is tiny and wrinkly even after I water it 😭! 💙
I think your carnosa variegated is actually a krimson queen! Some have longer leaves and some rounder
Beautiful hoyas, beautiful collection you have,I love hoyas myself 😍🥰😘🤗
I have Hoya envy. Love your hoyas!! I have a carnosa tri color and a recently purchased publicalyx. Great plants.

It won’t be cold :)
💚💚💚❤😍
I think your Hoya “crinkle 8” which you now think is a queen could in fact be a suzie q lol
How long have your hoya been on your kitchen shelves and do you ever have to rotate hoya on the shelf? I'm trying to convince hubby to get me a hoya shelf!!
For about 6 months now. The only time I move them is when I clean the shelves about once every month or so
