After a while of procrastination, I finally finished my biggest animation yet. It took so long because this is the first time I used a bunch of reference videos for the actual movement instead of trying to figure out the whole thing. There are parts I was able to do without reference, but it was mostly just the wall/finger/fist transition.
There are a few design flaws, as I was making up the backstory while creating this. But, to sum it up:
Tucker Petrov (guy in gasmask) finds his wife while working in the military, they get married and then a long coming nuclear war breaks out and he loses her for years, trying to find her. Throughout those years, he loses his mind and become known as a lone wolf guy you should stay away from. During that time a civilization is trying to rebuild itself, though its the "enemy" as they are a bunch of rich folks that only protect themselves and make the lesser do the actual work (Znation style) During the peak of that, Tucker finally finds his wife after almost giving up, but she's joined the rich folks and sees him differently. The animation is a mix of the past, and modern day in the stories, going back to when Tucker would be on the beach with friends before the apocalypse, or how happy he was growing up or being with his wife.
Feel free to come up with your own ideas, or what you think happened in this story, I'm still putting it together and need some ideas.
