Yes!! Lalique (either the EDP or the EDT) has been a daily driver for me here in NL as well since it came out. Never smelled it on someone else. Very surprisingly so, I might add because it's just such a wonderful fragrance.
@@fthewordofman9580 Well, it is basically patchouli done in a mass-appealing way. It is a little mature, but I think anyone could like this. I use it mostly dressed-up when I don't wanna wear something too posh.
I've got 3 Guerlain Fragrances and all 3 are absolutely Niche quality for designer prices. Heritage is my next Guerlain purchase as I already have Habit Rouge, Vetiver Extreme and 3 bottles of Ideal Cologne. Amazing Fragrance House for very reasonable prices..👍👍👍
Finally some love for higher. It smells like the sky is what they were going for. When you smell it you get a high altitude vibe like if you are high in the alps or something. Projects well too.
Ultraviolitet, cool fragrance, my friend used to rock it prity hard, I was more of a Givenchy Play Intense guy. I like sweet fragrances. And I should probably buy it again. Paco Rabanne Ultraviolet smells electric for my nose. I like a lot Nikos Sculpture Pour Homme ❤. Is this fragrance reminds you about Montale Wood & Spicess?
Honestly, nobody wears anything I wear around me. They all just wear savage and chanel chance and maybe santal 33. I can spray one whatever I like and always stand out.

BVLGARI Homme is one of my favorites, very Classy and Comforting, a fragrance that almost no one uses, Jacomo de Jacomo, PP Minotaure, Aqua di selva, Calvin Klein the blue rounded bottle from the 80's, I don't use them frequently but I do spray them once every year at least.
However the Bulgari Pour Homme Extreme is much more powerful and it lasts..its discontinued and pricey now not avail on discounters..got it on Ebay... ive been wearing it in the warmer months since it came out...great sillage...

My bangers that i keep on the low low because nobody here in germany does anything about fragrances: - escada magnetism - l'instant de guerlain (vintage) - givenchy cuir blanc - issey miyake noir ambre - issey miyake or encense - a men ultra zest
Great video Ash! You probably know this by now, but I am a high school teacher. The only fragrances I smell the high school boys wearing “newer” crowd pleasers. Believe it or not, I still smell a lot of Eros. Therefore, I usually stand out with what I wear, because I’m a sucker for classic “gentlemanly” scents. When I spray old school fragrances like Zino, Jaipur, Azzaro PH, Lalique PH, etc...I don’t smell like anyone else in the school. Which is fine, because as least I know that I smell like a freakin boss. 👍
@@j.armand1363 I bought a bottle in 2001 and at that time I was playing a lot of Castlevania and Megaman when I got home from clubbing. I could still smell ultraviolet after a night out drinking and doing drugs.
I have a bottle of the long-discontinued Cavali Black. A lavender, bamboo, and Tonka scent. It's like a creamy barbershop, but with a hint of Armani Code.
Hi Ash, love your channel. The "different" sent I use is my daily, Antonio Puig Quorum Silver. It's a super cheapy I know but I live in a VERY HOT climate and I like strong masculine fragrances so it can be hard. I feel that this manly sent gets its freshness from a big chilli pepper accord which I think is quite unique, and together with the bright woody notes, it melds beautifully with your natural body sent in the dry down creating a green auora of gental natured, protective masculine strength that gets a little deeper over time. I understand the scepticism but I urge you to try it out. For about $15 bucks you really can't lose, it's a true hidden gem.
I love Smoked Oud. It is the best performing of the VC line IMO Big Red all the way. Hey it’s my avatar! 3 under the radar real quick Franck Olivier Amber, Azzaro Visit, Ungaro III por Homme
To me, Heritage blows Danger away. Classy elegance with high quality. Lavender, sandlewood, and patchouli are the main drivers. Not dated, but rather a scent for a grown man.
One unique fragrance I have really been into lately is from a wet shave company. It's Varen EDT by Stirling Soap Co. It's very green, very pungent, and very unique. Not to mention affordable. Another one is Sangre De Drago by Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements. Resinous with oud and some smokiness very dark.
I used to have all of your suggestions. However, the most unique fragrance ever made is actually Paco Rabanne- Utrared. It was discontinued, so no chance to find it but this sweet orange smell was everything
Hi I would like to see tour take on dunhill classic 1934 fragrance looking to buy that one. Frags I use no one uses are original Swiss army, vintage polo green, carven pour homme, guess seductive, fendi life essence, baby blue jeans, dsquared silver mountain wood, rasasi shuhrah, boucheron edt fraicheur
Great line up and great review as always, Ash. 👍 Aramis Tuscany is a forgotten winner. I have always owned a bottled and always loved it. It is just a gentleman's classic. Also, one of my go-to autumn favourites that no one seems to talk about is Ard Al Zaafaran's Oud Ispahan (not to be confused with Dior's Oud Ispahan). Robust woods/spices/rose-florals with a completely non-skanky Oud so easy to wear. Very surprised at how many compliments I have had from women when I wear this. Not had the chance to wear it out on the town this year though, obvs. (sigh)😒
Givenchy Pi ... Caswell & Massey - jockey club (JFK) ... Eight & Bob... Lenel (Elvis's cologne) ... Eucris ... Chaz cologne by Revlon - get the original if you can BEAST mode.

Prob won't blow ur hair back, but I don't hear anyone talking about commodity Vetiver, boss bottled infinite, and America eagle fear nothing which has a nice plum note! 👌
I wear Oudh 36 by Al Haramain occasionally. It’s an Oud frag obviously but it is done a little different and I never really hear anyone talking about it.
L'Eau Bleue d'Issey from Issey Miyake comes to mind. Technically there's no tea in it, but to my nose it has a tea-like vibe that is rather soothing, kind of inviting meditation, very nice. Another different from what most are wearing: Bentley Absolute, amazing smoky, dark/incensy fragrance.
What's up.... I'll shoot on some lagerfeld photo... And escada silver... Both are very nice in their own way... No one around me can guess what I'm wearing... Classics!!!
Definitely get the 2012 formulation of Heritage edt (the bottle shown in the video) if you can find it. I have the new one and it's far more rounded. Quite a bit of the brash spiciness in the opening is missing which is unfortunate because it reminded me of Carven Homme. The two formulations are pretty much the same in the far drydown. Fatty soap and old man musk. 😂 But if a cougar gets a whiff of it on a 20-something year old.....watch out.
Perlador from Barouj. Opens up like a medicine smell but it got the craziest woody sweet dry down. It's weird but nice at the same time. Definitely not for everyone.
Since I found this channel I have suddenly gone from only having a cheap EDT that I never use to now a small collection of about 10 scents and growing by the week.....Loving it but its getting expensive real fast lol.
Arabie by Serge Lutens is probably the fragrance that only I seem to use in the fragrance community. It's an amazing dried fruit spicy scent that smells very Middle Eastern.
