This makes the world of fragrances --where things, if you want quality, usually lie within the $100-$200 price point -- so much more approachable to guys like me.

I love cheapies. A few of my favorites and many are not ‘hidden gems,” but well publicized are: Nautical Voyage, Armaf Club De Nuit Intense, Salvatore Ferragamo Aqua Essenziale Blu, Lalique Encre Noir, Azzaro Chrome Sport, Davidoff Cool Water Wave. Nautical Voyage $15. The rest mostly mid $20s. All are keepers. Have Bentley Intense, too, but it may be challenging for many.
I love Urban Feel. It's different and not as sharp to my nose compared to a lot of the other blue fragrances out there. And the discounted price can't be beat. This Uomo line has a lot of winners in it.
FINALLY someone who talks about Starwalker. It's one of my favorite fragrances ever, amazing smell, so underrated. It smells oldschool but not old at all. Great great scent, if only it lasted a little bit longer
Yo! Starwalker started my recent fragrance collection! Got it for $20 at Ross and been scavenging every Ross and TJmaxx in a 50 mile radius for other finds

That’s at least 9 Burlingtons. I haven’t counted the other one I’m sure that’s more tjmaxx. Those things are almost on every block.

I mentioned this before on your Joop Homme Ice video. Joop makes one called "Le Bain". It's marketed to women, but the main note I get is unsmoked cherry pipe tobacco. I'm not sure how many women want to smell like that. Vanilla shows up in the drydown. I'm sure you could pick out a lot more notes than me. It's a fantastic fragrance (even though it's marketed to the wrong gender, imo) I picked up my 100 ml. bottle on EBay for $21.
Hey Ash! Great cheapie video! Starwalker is, always has been, and probably always will be, my favorite Mont Blanc fragrance. Also, I’ve been wondering about the Aquaman flanker because it’s composed by Jerome Di Marino, and he obviously knows what he’s doing. Anyway, thanks Ash! 👍
Bro, I had the same perception cuz I actually bought the star walker after I finished my eau fraiche. The difference here is that eau fraiche is more fruity, citrus, summer-outsider fragrance. Starwalker is more soupy, office and refine but they have similarities for sure
I wish Starwalker and Dylan blue come up with a edp version, both combined will blow most of the designers out and cover 4 seasons and occasions (date office formal casual)

Starwalker Extreme just came out. I found 2 bottles in separate discount stores(Marshalls). The new version blows the original out of the water. I have $2500 in my collection and my fiance has Starwalker Extreme as her new 2nd favorite mens fragrance behind my Sauvage Elixir.

Have you tried Davidoff Hot Water? Picked it up with Aquaman. Great fragrance! Also grabbed Ermenegildo Zegna Uomo for $15. Has a Issey Miyaki Intense vibe with a hit of citrus. Really nice scent. And don't laugh... But have you smelled 23 by Michael Jordan??? Wow! Got it as a gift from my eight year old daughter. Best cheep Agua Di Gio knockoff I own now. Love the channel, keep up the great work.
@@athelstan5794 the notes u mean? sweet and spicy, the plum is quite loud in my nose. my gf got headache when she smelled it first time. but after a while she grows to like it although shes more into freshie fragrances. dunno if Scuderia Forte is on crowd pleasing scent category or not bcs in my neighborhood (and most of the places in my country) ppl isnt used to give compliment based on what parfum they smelled on your body. still i think it will not offend ppl around you. just spray considerably, less on hotter days and safe to add some more on cold weather
I can say, if starwalker would last and proyects at least 40% more than it actually I would pay triple the price it currently has. Great scent no doubt

i smelled both, and in my opinion Urban Feel (not Urban Life, i thought u mixmatch it accidentally with Casual Life) is more ozonic and fresh while AEB is more deep and has touch of sweetness in it. Also AEB sits longer on my skin and its a bit powdery drydown is amazing. If you like blue fragrances it is ok to add both on your collection.
Question for Ash, or any other fragrance experts 😁 I’ve seen explanations of the difference between EDT, cologne, perfume, etc.,,, but Where does “after shave” and “body spray” land from a chemical standpoint ? Is it just more diluted ? Is there a different ingredient in after shave to theoretically be “soothing” ? Anyone ?

I only use CK products as that's what was easily available when I was in high school. I tried Givenchy and other branded colognes, but they didn't cut it for me because the scent would fade after 2 hours.
Scuderia forte has a very very strong plum note it was all i got and it made me sick , but i will definitely try a couple more times to see if i pick up on other notes as well.
My first ever cheap fragrance purchase was a bottle of John Varvatos Artisan 100m for 18$ at TJMAXX. It was incredible. Nowadays that babies gone up in price 😕

I'm having such a hard time deciding on a new cologne to get. I don't want sweet smelling colognes. Any recommendations for under 50$? Ive watched a dozen videos and i am even more confused as to what to buy. I'm really new to cologne buying.

Hi, can someone help me? I'm looking for a versatile fragrance that costs 30-40$ which is crowd pleasing + highly complimented but I don't know what should I buy.. I'm thinking about *Mont Blanc Legend Spirit* (bubblegum scent aka invictus), *Acqua Essenziale Blu by Salvatore Ferragamo* (can't find too much about that fragrance but some people say that is a mix between Versace Dylan Blue and Bleu de Chanel), *Versace Pour Homme* (but many people say that the longevity is poor and in colder days that fragrance just smells like a water and lasts 2h max), *Mont Blanc Individuel* *Davidoff Run Wild/ Cool Water Intense* *Bentley Momentum Unlimited* . What can you recommend? Maybe some more sweet fragrances like Eros etc?
I would go with legend spirit or versace. Might also want to consider first instinct. I would recommend one million lucky too but that might be just out of your price range for a small bottle.
Just get Salvatore Farragamo Uomo Signature..All around fragrance and an absolutely crowd pleaser.. You definitely won't be disappointed..Trust me..I have 2 back up bottles so I won't run out..😂
Acqua Essenziale Blu is the one I would go with off of this list. Very pleasant smell! Bentley Momentum Unlimited also smells great, but is soft and doesn't last very long. Versace Pour Homme is a luxury soap type of scent and last longer than Bentley. All 3 are freshies if that's what you're looking for.
I wouldn't say Montblanc Starwalker does its own thing as I find it very simular to Versace Man Eau Fraiche. Don't know which one was released first though.. Enjoyed the vid! Thx

Personally, Cremo offers some banger frags for the price. My personal favorites are Palo Santo and Spice & Black Vanilla.

Guess Seductive Noir and Zara Black Pepper & Cedarwood were great picks on the cheap. Zara resembles Creed Royal Oud.

I personally think that starwalker is pretty similar to versace man eau fraiche but regardless the montblanc is still a great fragrance

Soft doesn't jump out and project dies down at 2 hours turns to skin scent.

@@Shredder-KJ Poor performance seems to be the general consensus and it certainly doesn't last on my skin. Gotta go with RJ's suggestion to re-apply - it's a must if you want to continue to enjoy this one, and I do. I think the scent is top notch!
@@jalphabet5 yea I carry my sotd around wit me no matter what it is. Sometimes I reapply what doesn’t need to be reapplied just to get the openings to start over🤦♂️

Hi, can someone help me? I'm looking for a versatile fragrance that costs 30-40$ which is crowd pleasing + highly complimented but I don't know what should I buy.. I'm thinking about
*Mont Blanc Legend Spirit* (bubblegum scent aka invictus),
*Acqua Essenziale Blu by Salvatore Ferragamo* (can't find too much about that fragrance but some people say that is a mix between Versace Dylan Blue and Bleu de Chanel),
*Versace Pour Homme* (but many people say that the longevity is poor and in colder days that fragrance just smells like a water and lasts 2h max),
*Mont Blanc Individuel*
*Davidoff Run Wild/ Cool Water Intense*
*Bentley Momentum Unlimited* . What can you recommend? Maybe some more sweet fragrances like Eros etc?
I would go with legend spirit or versace. Might also want to consider first instinct. I would recommend one million lucky too but that might be just out of your price range for a small bottle.
Just get Salvatore Farragamo Uomo Signature..All around fragrance and an absolutely crowd pleaser.. You definitely won't be disappointed..Trust me..I have 2 back up bottles so I won't run out..😂
Acqua Essenziale Blu is the one I would go with off of this list. Very pleasant smell! Bentley Momentum Unlimited also smells great, but is soft and doesn't last very long. Versace Pour Homme is a luxury soap type of scent and last longer than Bentley. All 3 are freshies if that's what you're looking for.
That ferragamo Blu is sooo fire. All season fragrance. Compliment grabber. Last a while. One of my faves. Might make it my sotd

I wouldn't say Montblanc Starwalker does its own thing as I find it very simular to Versace Man Eau Fraiche. Don't know which one was released first though..
