I'm so glad you got the diagnosis you were hoping for! It was lovely to "meet" Gabe for the first time. Hearing him go into detail about the surgery and talk about your health struggles as if they were his own shows how invested he is and how much he cares about you. He's a winner!
Kelly, you have been in my thoughts and prayers all month. Tonight's Joy Jar note was "just keep breathing" and was such an encouragement for me. I hope that through all of the ups and downs this month that you have had moments of peace and comfort with the hope that better days may be ahead. This was a hard video for me to watch and brought tears to my eyes. Both of relief for diagnosis and answers and from relating to the struggle of recovering from major surgery. I am so thankful that you pressed on after so long being told that "everything is fine." And Gabe. What a pleasure to meet you. Thank you for spending the time to update us. My husband met me at the start of my chronic illness journey 14 years ago and I am so thankful for his love, support, and commitment through the darkest and brightest of days. Thank you for loving Kelly and walking with her through this journey. Love, prayers, and spoons 💕
You look so worried. It is wonderful that you are sticking by her. My husband is also one of those type men too. Very few out there. Praying here for her so much.
Wow your fiancé is so supportive and understanding! This is very refreshing to see. So heartbreaking to hear how much pain you're in and how much you've suffered.
I have and still am walking your path Kelly, so listening to gab ( who is such a lovely young man) talk about searching for answering from doctors, and being upset and frustrated when you hear the words ' everything is normal or you look well ' it really makes me so emotional. Dear Kelly you are such a beautiful girl inside and out, I am sending you positive thoughts and prayers for a full and speedy recovery!! 😊💛
I actually cried when Gabe said the surgeon found the Endometriosis. It seems like with chronic illness you spend years listening to doctors telling you everything is normal when something is clearly wrong. Kelly, I hope your recovery is going well and that you get some relief from your symptoms by going through this. Even if this is just one piece of the puzzle, you still have to celebrate that you are one step closer to figuring it out! Praying for your continued recovery.
Thank you for sharing your story! I have GERD, IBS, and endometriosis. I had my hysterectomy 2 days before yours. I totally feel for you! You're not alone! Thanks for being brave enough to share.
Hey Kelly, praying for you and Gabe and your Mom, who is very worried, I'm sure. I am SO SO grateful to meet a guy like Gabe, one of the rare tough guys who are strong enough to stay with the lady he loves even through illness. Not all of us had a guy that great. I had total hyst at 24 including ovaries, lots of endometrial tissue in abdomen still, which was actually a blessing because that endo gives off some hormones, so I have not needed any hormone replacement in the past 30 years! I follow you on FB as well. I understand chronic illness SO well. Way to go Gabe! Praying for fast healing, Kelly!
Your fiance is such a doll! He's a blessing straight from heaven, but I'm sure you know that ;) I'm glad you've gotten answers. I always love love love watching your videos and being updated. Keep us in the loop! You're such a sweet heart.
Gabe you are a pillar of strength for Kelly. You are a wonderful, kind and avery considerate man. You definitely should be working with people, you have that genuine honest way about you. Wishing Kelly a speedy recovery. Congratulations on your future together, great video. It would be great if she could do a follow up on her recovery and how she is now that it is 2021 (5 years later)
A friend referred me to watch and she was so right for sharing this! I've been down a similar path with lupus and it causing scarring on my lungs requiring me to be on oxygen. Great point of view coming from Gabe! It's not easy stepping into the circle of trust for someone with a chronic illness. Keeping you all in prayers on that road to recovery!
Kelly, I glad to hear your are recovering well from your surgery. Gabe, Thank you so much for keeping us updated on your vlog you did a great job. You're a special man thank you for all your love, help, support & prayers you give to Kelly and us subbies who are helped everyday knowing "We are not alone" Most don't understand that you are also recovering with Kelly from her surgery its very hard to see your loved ones in pain and not be able to take the pain way. Kelly take time to recover from your surgery, take your meds when you need them this is no time to be stoic pain control is very important to help your recovery. Remember your body went through a lot of trama and it needs time to heal. This surgery isn't a easy recovery its emotionally painful as well as physically painful. I didn't expect that part. *Remember talk to your dr. about hormone replacements you will need them for a while after this surgery. I ended up in hormone shock after surgery. That's really bad. Do your research on hormones to find the best hormone options that's right for you. Have a long easy recovery. Yes it's hard but will be worth it later. "Remember you are not alone" With love and support, you are in my thoughts & prayers as always 💗 Sher.
Kelly I am so sorry that you had to go through this surgery. You are also lucky to have Gabe. I went through a total hysterectomy at 31, and my boyfriend at the time left me after realizing he really didn't want to adopt after all. Your guy seems truly genuine and I feel like you'll be together forever. Good luck with everything.
I am so glad to hear she finally got a full dx and that she had the surgery. I have been where she was and know what that surgery is like. Tell her to take the pain meds and xanax because the less pain she has and more relaxed she is, she will heal faster. I knew exactly what you were saying when you were talking about how you all felt and even cried when you got a dx. I went several years like Kelly and when I got my first dx I was like "YES!!!!" with the arm pump and the smart ass PCP I had said "what, are you happy to be sick?" I said no I was happy to have a name for what has been wrong with me all along that he could not find. You start to feel crazy after a while when they keep saying everything is normal. Tell Kelly I send prayers and as my son says to me cause of the pain "hugging thoughts" when he knows I am in too much pain to be hugged. I have the prayer wagons circled around you all and prayers flowing upward. So glad to see you and to hear the updates.
You are so incredibly strong Kelly. I think about you sometimes, when I am struggling you are one of my inspirations. I wish you the best for your recovery and I pray that this surgery helps you. I'm so happy that you finally found such a skilled and knowledgeable surgeon. Stay strong and remember that there are so many people thinking of you and praying for you x
Kelly, I will be praying for you. I'm new to your channel, but I'm so happy for you that you have such a nice guy as Gabe, and you seem like such a sweetie. It's crazy that you are from O town! I'm from a little town near Gainesville. I have a lot of similar health struggles, and I had a total hysterectomy last July. I hope and will be praying that you have a full, quick recovery. God bless you!
I am glad you guys posted these videos. I am having my hysterectomy a week from today and am nervous as heck. I plan on Vlogging like you guys....it's important to me to share our stories and spread awareness. I hope you feel better since then.
I'm so glad you finally got some answers and they were able to do the surgery. I pray that it will bring tons of relief and healing! You have a great support system and thanks to your fiancée for vlogging!
Thank you for the awareness! I have Endo too and it took a lot of time and effort to get diagnosed. I'm glad you got answers finally. Good luck to you! If you ever want to chat, I'm here!
With all those issues no wonder that poor girl was feeling so bad. I'm so glad doctors found out what her problems were. Gabe it is so nice how you have stood by Kelly. God definitely put you in her path. I will be praying That God heals Kelly and she has a speedy recovery.
awww Gabe is too sweet. you're truly blessed to have him hun. I'm so happy that you got answers though and it wasn't another.. "everything is normal" so makes me happy. love you girly and I'm here cheering for you! 💖
Kelly, I've been praying! You got this girl! Thank you for being a friend to me & praying for me, just know the prayers & friendship are going your way too! Thank you Gabe for being a great care taker! Kelly is a lucky gal!
I cried the whole video because I know how you feel and I hate that we both have to live this but know that everyone loves and supports you more than you'll ever know. xo Jenny
I am so glad I found this video, I went misdiagnosed for 10 years and found out I had PCOS but not before I begged my old gyno to give me a D&C and they found hyperplasia with atipia and now I have endometrial cancer and am going in for surgery in a few days
You're a champ Kelly, we love YOU and are praying fir you and love ones! Hopefully this is a turn to a better road healthwise, you're such a beautiful person and deserve the best, just know that you're an inspiration to all of us and your fight is ours! Love YOU!
I had one spot excised. By day 3 it was the worst...Drs said its because the meds wore off from the surgery, you are moving most etc thus the pain spikes. I'm 4 months out and it's been amazing. After just one damn spot removed! Good luck Hun you got this!
My prayers are with you I had a total hysterectomy at 24 years old. I had endometriosis to It is very painful and took me a lot of surgeries to finally find out Feel alot better now 🙏
Praying for you Kelly! I know how hard the recovery can be, been through it all myself. Gabe is so sweet! I love your updates! You are such an amazing support to Kelly and I'm so glad she has you! Stay strong Kelly! Can't wait to see videos of the 2 of you once you start to feel a bit better! Hugs 💕
I was diagnosed in 2016 with endometriosis. I'm wanting to get a total hysterectomy. I was 39 almost 40 when my doctor diagnosed me. I had to have a d and c to remove my Paragard iud. So thankful I had this done
You're welcome. I was older than you. That might be why I had it so hard. I had also had three surgeries before the H was done. I have auto-immune disease also so I was really behind the eight ball. It may not be quite so hard for you I hope. When you're done and home you can message me if you want some backup. I'm a good listener and I am very understanding and supportive when it's needed. Good luck hon.
HI sweetie you are so amazing and brave I have always wanted to do a video about all that we go through! I have severe rheumatoid arthritis. Im a mom and a wife and it gets so hard you feel so worthless to what I used to be I also battle severe depression. But I see all you go through and I have no room to complain !!! You are so amazing and beautiful im so glad you have Gabe hes a wonderful man and you deserve to be loved I have my own wonderful hubby whos put up with so much and when i look like crap he always tells me im beautiful lol im trying to accept it but its hard . You should accept it sweetie you ARE beautiful please dont ever give uo thank you for being so brave to share with all of us there needs to be an awareness about these invisable diseases!!! Lots of love sweetie!!
I literally feel like I’m losing my mind I have endometriosis and cysts I’m 30 now and found out at 15 ive been through a lot and finally getting mine done soon
I have Endometriosis and Adenomyosis. Just had robotic surgery last Friday which was on January 20th. They removed scar tissue, adhesions and endo...9 days post op and it didn't help much. I'm just now starting to feel my normal sick self. My stomach is still tight and tender. I'm simply annoyed with this disease. Having a hysterectomy isn't a cure-all, however it'll definitely help the Adenomyosis. That's the only cure for the pain. Forever Endo Pain :/ :( best of luck though!
Yep I hate them too. Big medications. I hate them too. Poor girl. You have my support. Anytime anytime. I can't wait to meet her. Tell her I've got her back.
I wish you the best and a smooth recovery! Don't worry about vlogging, especially when it comes to health things, things never go according to plan. Take care of yourself. It seems like you have great support! :)
Just saw this video in my recommended ..I'm researching hysterectomy cause I just had mine done. I must say gabe is on it . Lol he knows all the words all the knowledge..you got yourself a keeper honey ..I'm gonna continue binge watching your vlogs. Hope to god yall are still together ..the suspense lol
I've been booked for a hysterectomy but have to wait months ,I have endometriosis and now bad adnemyosis I'm on heaps of pain killers and finally I said I've had enough but we have bad waiting lists in New Zealand . I've been through the similar situations with doctors. I'm really praying for this hysterectomy to work ,please let me know how long it take to feel normal I'm a single mum and had pain for 12 years I'm really hoping this works
Gabe you did a great job with this video. I know my boyfriend would have a really hard time doing updates he doesn't like talking to the camera very much LOL. I really like when you had to go back and check what you were saying on the camera that was actually pretty smart to see where you were at it gets really confusing when you're trying to do medical updates and you have so much to talk about and after a while you start losing where you're at and what's going on especially cuz it usually has a lot of technical speak and stuff in it. Kelly I hope that you are getting a lot better and moving around better and just overall feeling better and then now that they took all that stuff out you won't be having as much pain and problems as you've been having. Pain is so horrible. have they thought about putting a port or PICC line or something like that in for when you have surgeries like this? my doctors have been considering putting a port in for me because I have tiny veins and I dehydrate super easy and then with ehlers-danlos syndrome it causes my veins to stretch and my skin to stretch and it's hard to get a stick to stay and my veins blow after about 3 hours anyways so then they have to try and find a different spot and it just never goes well. Well I hope your recovery goes well sending you lots and lots and lots of love from another zebra. bye bye! 😘
God bless you both! You're video has helped me feel not so alone! Sadly I could identify with your story completely! Thank you! Hope you're life has improved!
Please make sure to ask for pain medication given thirty minutes before you attempt to drive home. The car ride is not fun without this. I have auto immune disease and had a total hysto years ago. Any questions just ask ok. I get this.
martha robinson hi Martha know sorry to hear that you're having this procedure. I had a very rough time right after as I kept vomiting. I believe it was from the meds that were used to knock me out. When I went home I had a 30 minute ride and it was just as my pain meds were due. So the ride was very painful. Ask for pain meds before your ride home. I went right to bed and I pretty much stayed there for a few days. I did have pretty good pain medication so that helped. At about three weeks after the procedure I started to feel human again. If you can avoid this surgery you should. I was allergic to the HRT pills and had a vaginal yeast infection for months. We changed the brand and that made things better. Then I started to have clotting issues and at 39 I had to stop using the HRT medications. I was in full on change of life. Now I'm sixty and I finally feel better. My surgery was done when I was 38. Ugh. I hope it works out better for you.
What a sweet man you have! Im having my surgery on 12-12-17....my husband is gonna have to drive me at 4:30 am...I'm super nervous! Im 43 and it's been needing for a long time.
Hey hun.. I pray for you to feel better soon. Thank you for showing your struggles bc it helps others not feel alone. You and Gabe are so cute and lucky to have one another =) Im glad that you finally got some answers. I love that you wrote "you are stronger than your struggles". I need to remind myself daily. Anyway, take care beautiful. Lots of love your Way! 💛💚
How was ur experience with hysterectomy? I've stage 4 Endometriosis and I want to get rid of it.. The meds make me more sick and nothing seems to help. I want to know the side effects of hysterectomy in young age..
Hi. Did you finally get the surgery done? Have your symptoms improved? I also have a stage 4 invasive endo and my operation is scheduled for next week.
@@kaysbeautyplace3363 hey no I didn't get hysterectomy. I'm still scared of it. But my endo is bad as ever. It keeps coming back even after endo removal surgeries.
@@eremalik1482 wow so sorry to hear that you are still in pain. I completely understand. I've been at the hospital for one week now. My urethra (both) has been completed blocked by my endo and i had to do a bypass. I don't have a choice right now but to prep for my hysterectomy. That's the only way to preserve my kidneys. It's hard and frustrating. Hang in there, you aren't alone 🤗
Hi. I have Endometriois, and am thinking of seeing the doctor in Atlanta you did. Did your Endometriois grow back? I've heard sometimes it can 😔 I'm trying to find a good surgeon
#HugATH-camr: Hi, Kelli. I hope that you will feel better soon. Hi, Gabe. I appreciate the vlogs: I feel that she is in the best hands with you and her mom by her side. Take care.
Ok listen I had it all excised but it came back in two months. I am so sorry for you all. I had every thing removed. I do not feel good but I'm still sick with the auto immune. My endo was everywhere too. You are all in my prayers.
Hi. I Just found your channel, I have crohn disease too. and I also found out I have endomentriosis. do You know if that has anything to do With crohn?
I'd like to tell you about a probiotic called Three Lac. I have had amazing results with auto immune disease and other testimonials on Amazon have said the same things. An overgrowth of yeast can cause many autoimmune symptoms. God Bless you both.
I am a former 24 week premmie in 1990s I had to have a full hysterectomy on June15,2011 at the age of 21 because I had endometriosis and I also had my appendix taken out to my bowls were all in flames and stuff they said my appendix were facing backwards and very long for my body I'm only 4"7
hysteroctomy is linked to early onset of alzheimers, if it made her feel better though i guess it was better...i am always cautious when someone says hysteroctomy....
I'm so glad you got the diagnosis you were hoping for! It was lovely to "meet" Gabe for the first time. Hearing him go into detail about the surgery and talk about your health struggles as if they were his own shows how invested he is and how much he cares about you. He's a winner!

Think you for posting this, i go i for a full hysterectomy in 2 days because of my endo and this has helped me a lot.
it's common to be pissed around with specialist , went through similar situations, your really lucky you have a supportive partner
I've been booked for a hysterectomy but have to wait months ,I have endometriosis and now bad adnemyosis
I'm on heaps of pain killers and finally I said I've had enough but we have bad waiting lists in New Zealand .
I've been through the similar situations with doctors.
I'm really praying for this hysterectomy to work ,please let me know how long it take to feel normal
I'm a single mum and had pain for 12 years I'm really hoping this works
Well I hope your recovery goes well sending you lots and lots and lots of love from another zebra. bye bye! 😘
I schedule my hysterectomy Friday. I feel for you girl. You got a good man beside you. 👏I wish you the best.
God bless you both! You're video has helped me feel not so alone! Sadly I could identify with your story completely! Thank you! Hope you're life has improved!
Thank you for the update! You did a great job.
Please make sure to ask for pain medication given thirty minutes before you attempt to drive home. The car ride is not fun without this. I have auto immune disease and had a total hysto years ago. Any questions just ask ok. I get this.
Think they already home
hi I am having a total hysterectomy ovaries uterus and cervix. what should I expect on recovery emotions s e x etc.....
martha robinson hi Martha know sorry to hear that you're having this procedure.
+Denise Emond thanks for info

I just had the same thing happen to me. I was just going in to have a full hysterectomy and found out I had endometriosis.
God has her she is a strong woman
I am dealing with a other chronic illness doctors can't help but i feel we chronic ill people are all related in some way.
@@kaysbeautyplace3363 aww that's sad to hear. Let me know how ur hysterectomy goes. Thoughts and prayers and well wishes from My side to you
Hi. I have Endometriois, and am thinking of seeing the doctor in Atlanta you did. Did your Endometriois grow back? I've heard sometimes it can 😔 I'm trying to find a good surgeon
Mad respect my friend
#HugATH-camr: Hi, Kelli. I hope that you will feel better soon.

Your all in my prayers.

Ok listen I had it all excised but it came back in two months. I am so sorry for you all. I had every thing removed. I do not feel good but I'm still sick with the auto immune. My endo was everywhere too. You are all in my prayers.
Not something she needs to hear id say just praying it doesn't

Thank you so much for this
God bless u,I hope your doing better.......
hope u feel better soon hun
I'd like to tell you about a probiotic called Three Lac. I have had amazing results with auto immune disease and other testimonials on Amazon have said the same things. An overgrowth of yeast can cause many autoimmune symptoms. God Bless you both.
So happy for you 😘😘
God bless you hope you recovery fast
I am a former 24 week premmie in 1990s I had to have a full hysterectomy on June15,2011 at the age of 21 because I had endometriosis and I also had my appendix taken out to my bowls were all in flames and stuff they said my appendix were facing backwards and very long for my body I'm only 4"7
the question I asked was for denise
Had my hysto at 24 - needles to say it was not a cure for Endometriosis!
Did your doctors take out all of the endometriosis when they did the hysterectomy?
I’m having a full hysteretomy on Dec 22nd and I’m scared
You have an awesome guy. Hope all went well for your recovery. I’m still catching up. Lol
🙏❤️🙏
Why did they take your appendix? Is that normal?
l.m. Getz There was a problem with it. They had to take it out.
hysteroctomy is linked to early onset of alzheimers, if it made her feel better though i guess it was better...i am always cautious when someone says hysteroctomy....
♡♡♡♡
Did she have food poisoning?
Wake her to take the meds. Stay ahead of the pain.
No need to be sorry.
