A bit painful to watch, do some prep in the morning, cock up burger like 12 before opening, get everything out, do a small inventory, put everything away in cupboards underneath drink desk, and assign storage place to everything so its easier to take inventory, not on the floor. and please put back the beefpatty trays they been there almost since day 1, put them back to its orginal spot before ending the day. you can even prep burger with buns, and have 6 ready, cause everyone is going to have a bun, and patty then just wait with the rest
You prep burgers at least 12 before you open.. make sure everything is full ketchup lettuce buns wrapping paper cups.. before you open..will bring your stress level down ... also get the busser to clean tables but you still have to collect the trays😂😅
At the end of the shift. Top up your cups, set your burgers out in trays, top up your buns, refill ketchup bottles, and throw all the rubbish away then when you come in the next day your ready to go! Also you will know what you have run out of
Awesome video man I enjoy it you can also use the cabinets to store your cups under the drink station and your wrappers under the station it will save you walking everywhere and save those burgers lol awesome job my man
wow scott it is fantasic and amazing i like it and the only thing you need to do is when you cook the burgers can you only do 4 and then put them in the burger bun so there ready to go on the trays and the drinks if you do them first then when the customers come in start doing the beef burgers and drinks and then get them ready to put on the trays so you dont have to do it when your doing other bits. and i want to see more of this exeecpt the drive thur it will be amazing and your gunna needs another staff to do the drive thur.
Hey there! might be quicker to have a stack of trays on the back of the counter, near the customer side, next to each till, then take one off when each order is accepted to put the ticket and food on.
