My VSO had me claim the 1st 3 disabilities together on my initial claim since I had service records with proof of diagnosis and treatment in service. Then after that were going to file the next few I have secondary to what I know I will get service connected. I did a FDC so I personally called/paid every DR and hospital I've been to in the last 10 years after getting out, for my medical records. It took a long ass time but it's gonna pay off. I had my 1st C&P recently got 10% service connected for already and I have my next two coming up this month. I also had buddy statements from my wife, mom and I also wrote in my own words what happened in service, what it was like when I got out, and how it is now. Hope that helps Airborne
If im filing a (fully developed claim FDC) do I still need to download my VA medical documents and submit along with my claim or will the raters get that on their own since its through VA as well?
If I submitted my fully developed claim, got a c and p, but my VA PCP just prescribed me some more medication. Can I still send them my new evidence? C and p done Monday, new Rx Thursday same week
Thanks for tuning in! Find additional resources in the description. We hope today's information is helpful!
Are supplemental clams standard or fully developed or is this based thing on the initial claim?
List of what documents I should be submitting
Can I followup with VA to see if my claim has been moved to standard process?
Should I stack my claims or one at a time?
