Sam . That is one rough Fast back. As soon as you took the camera down the right side that rear quarter ....ouch! And it didn't get much better. The interior looked nice , someone commented it was incorrect, l wouldn't know. Depending on the price l would have bought it and then probably have spent a few hundred hours bringing that bodywork to a presentable standard. It is my favourite model although l do like the '67 , just like the Charger " bullitt" may have had a Influence ! Thanks Sam.
;) Thanks for checking it out, rides & drives good, definately wasn't a show car. Man just an xtra hour or two prep before paint would make all the difference, sad.
For lack of a better word, it is cute. But it has some really shaky paint and body work. Panel fitment could use some attention, and as others pointed out, it has some throw on 66 parts. Overall a nice solid foundation. Thank you for sharing. Loved the vid!!
samspace81 numbers matching only applies to k codes as their VIN was stamped on the block and transmission. Is it a 65 or 66? Also it appears to be a 6 cylinder that was converted to a v8
Numbers matching also refers to the build date of the car corresponding with the build date of the engine by so many weeks, which won't apply here because obviously its not a correct car. Its a driver, a 65 like I titled the video. Thanks again for watching.

Wrong color engine for a 65 should be black. 66 style standard knit interior.Engine callouts missing. Some scary looking work in that door jam area. Disc brakes? Should be if it's a real factory GT. Brake pedal does not have the disc brakes insert.
Clean little car, wouldn't be afraid to drive it somewhere. Love it
Yes! Park it and not be biting your nails at a restaurant worried ha! :) Thanks so much for watching
It’s cute, maybe some concerns in some areas and she’s very squeaky but cute! Thanks for sharing Sam!
I think so too! HA! Thats a minor fix I'd say. I wouldn't be afraid to drive that car anywhere really.

Yeah it had a hard life :) Check out the Endless Summer video I just posted - SAM
It's a nice car...from a distance. ;-)

Thanks Rick! Getting harder to find 'em that aren't in boxes or half sunk in the dirt ha
I commented on your Facebook post on some items I see of concern
👍
The car appears to be mashed up with 65 and 66 parts. What’s the VIN?
It's not a number's matching car. Thanks for watching Samspace81, Valentino.

ITS A 1966 I CAN TELL BY LOOKING AT THE DASH BOARD
Alex, this car had a lot of incorrect parts, but it was born a 65. Thanks for watching
"Whoimbleton whoite" 💀💀
HAHA! Thanks for watching
She's kinda rough Sam 🤔
Yup

It was a total mutt, driver
I give 7500$ for it. But not any more.
