holy shit. this actually worked.. about 2 years ago i bought this phone because they were oput of the phone i wanted but i needed a phone right then and there.. a few days later i bought the phone i wanted on a whole seperate line, seperate number. i sold the coolpad to a "friend" and he said hed pay me on friday. so i set the phone up for him, factory reset it and added his accounts and stuff to it.. he decided to not pay me and just used the phone till the bill was due then he gave it back. ever since then its been sitting in a drawer because i couldnt unlock it from the google lock.. Metro PCS wouldnt help me. Nobody would help me unlock it.. And now you are the FIRST person to have a way to bypass it and it actually works.. I wish i could give this video a thousand thumb ups.

It's like an off brand Alcatel lol... Anyways i tried a few tutorials and this one worked the best, so thank you

TH-cam needs updated somehow... I guess I'm screwed.
Update: I went to apps and instead of TH-cam I went to Google services, notifications then hit the cog settings button. Hit feed and you can access the browser to search for chrome.

When i hit the settings on youtube it says it needs to update and it takes me to where you need to type in the old password. What am i doing wrong?
Nothing, it is just that TH-cam App has been updated and when phone connects to Internet, it will ask you to update it and by default Android will try to open Play Store and hence it ask you to enter account. Try Hard Reset phone and start over, this might help.

Yeah, I always do a factory reset after Google/FRP lock process. This removes lock completely from phone.

Right around 0.35 second after cutting off talkback 0.55 what exactly do you do when I do it after cutting off talk back and I click the build a couple times it just says talkback is off after clicking back arrow
That is just nothing. I just show people that phone is FRP locked and therefore you cannot tap on build number to enable developer options. Which can be done in only FRP unlocked phones. You don't have to do this anyway.
One question, what was the purpose of the factory reset at the end? were you just erasing your work since it was a test?
There is actually no need to make a factory reset, because it was a test phone and because I wanted to remove apps I installed. But that "Enable OEM" function from Developers Option is essential, because it will make FRP off from most devices.

It removes FRP/Google account lock from your coolpad phone. If you forgot it and don't know email or password.
I'm trying this but my keyboard doesn't have the option to go in settings, long holding the spacebar does nothing and the @ sign only shows a finger in a box when I log press it

How about when u need 2 enter a pin before starting it up
Power off phone, press and hold volume up and power button until you see Recovery Mode. Once you are in Recovery Mode. Select Wipe data/factory data reset and then reboot system.
All I see is "no command" when I do that .🤔
