It will turn on to the last color for the RGB or the standard light as long as you use the remote to turn them on or off. If you turn off the light switch it will reset back to the standard settings and you have to cycle though again.
I never had a pairing issue with my remote. I did have to turn it on and off 5 times to get it to pair with my phone app. Maybe try doing that and clicking the remote power button or holding down the power button. I don't have my instructions anymore so not sure if it said anything about remote pairing. Let me know if that works
I had this issue and the manufacturer let me know to press the power button (upper left hand corner) on the remote 5 times and it will pair the remote again. Make sure the power ( light switch) is on.
If it does not have the green ground wire not sure. The ground would be part of the controls on the device, but maybe you could make your own...not really sure on that one.
I have 3 of these. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ❤️💕💞 them. But how do you take the wind deflector off to clean them? I tried turning mine counter clockwise like it says in the book and I unscrewed it from the ceiling mount by accident because I didn’t hold the fan itself while trying to do it. I feel like if I try to turn the deflector further I’ll end up breaking the wind deflector before it turns to come off. Is there a trick to it? Help?
I am using the Tuya app. I have several other devices using it. No problem. But, there IS a problem because only the fan works! No matter what I have tried I can't get the light on - the app shows it "on" but it's not. Did I get a bad product? Obviously I need the light to work. Any suggestion?
I am assuming the light works with the remote that came with it. If not you for sure got a bad product. If it does maybe try reconnecting it to the Tuya app as I can control the lights of mine via the app.
When installing, do you have to have electrician experience or knowledge? I don't want my stepdad to get hurt trying to install. Do u turn off power from the breaker first?
Yes, if you or your stepdad are not use to wiring electrical wires I would suggest hiring an electrician. It will install like a standard ceiling fan or light fixture.
It puts out about 691 Lux or 65 Foot Candles when I use my cellphone app. It is very bright when on 100% in my opinion. I can't measure the Lumens as that would have to come from the manufacture and I am not sure what it is.
Great vid and informative. Just wish you could have demonstrated the breeze/wind radius in realtime by standing in different positions under the fan to show how far the wind will stretch across the room before you can’t feel it anymore. This company should sell an attachment that can snap on to the grill of the fan so it can direct the airflow in a specific direction of the room. That would be pretty useful. Anyway, thanks for the review.
Hi , thanks for making this video , Im concerned about the noise level , I intend to use it in a public office space and i’ve noticed that smaller fans typically generate higher humping noice , how would you scale this fan ?
I don't find the low setting that bad, but if you have it on high it will sound louder than a normal ceiling fan. It makes more noise due to the smaller blades and the protection screen.
Very helpful installation guide, but I have a question. Which of the various smartphone Apps (for Android smartphones) provides the most control of coloured mood lighting and fan speed control, please? Thanks, Rick
@@PUREreviews many thanks. Yes, I've just got the Tuya Smart App working. It is giving me excellent control of ALL of the fan-light features. Fantastic recommendation 🤝 🎉
I don't find it that loud, but you can hear it. If you crank it up to the highest setting it starts to sound more like a white noise machine. I think the sound comes due to the air going through the grills, which you don't get with a standard ceiling fan.
My guess is something happened to the driver and it is a maunfacture issue or you had a power surge. Mine are still working fine, but I know LEDs typically fail at the driver.
LEDs typically last for around 50,000 hours. Most the time if you have issues it is because the driver fails due to overheating. So I would expect it to last around that amount of time, but don't know for sure. The LEDs are not replaceable as it is part of the light, not like a screw in light bulb.
@@PUREreviews To me, integrated lights are no bueno! Like you said, it's usually the driver that fails and I've had some fail in as little as 6 months.
I could not get mine off. If you twist it ,it comes off the mount. I ended up snapping the black grate off and now I have no cover. I hope y’all have better luck than I did. Its going in the trash next weekend 😔
I didn't think about that since it was already clean. The front grill rotates off, shows two locks so you know which direction. That will give you access to the blades if you wish to clean them. I have had it up for about 6 months and it is not dusty, but that would depend on each person's home.
I have this fan. The fan air flow is very strong. It's a little noisy at full power. Probably about as noisy as a box fan. The wind radius is a little smaller than advertised but it still works great. The only issue I'm having is the fan isn't working with alexa, just the lights. I'm currently researching to see if that's a malfunction or if it's just not suppose to.
To those asking about noise, it's a quiet fan, but it also doesn't put out a lot of air. You feel it right beneath it, but not farther out.
you didn’t demonstrate the noise level of the fan in operation. I would like to know how noisy it is before buying it.
Can you make a video on how to clean the fan blades? :)
How do you clean it . ? Does the grill cover come off
Yes, the plastic cover can rotate off to clean the blades if you wish.
When you turn on the colors, do you have to cycle through the options? Or will it turn on to the last color you chose?
It will turn on to the last color for the RGB or the standard light as long as you use the remote to turn them on or off. If you turn off the light switch it will reset back to the standard settings and you have to cycle though again.
Question, we are having issues pairing the remote. Do you have any tips?
I never had a pairing issue with my remote. I had this issue and the manufacturer let me know to press the power button (upper left hand corner) on the remote 5 times and it will pair the remote again. Make sure the power ( light switch) is on.
How are y'all liking this fan after many months? Do y'all recommend it? Need a fan without blades for a kids room with bunk beds.
I have one similar..however it doesnt have a ground wire. Does that mean i just have to make my own ground?
If it does not have the green ground wire not sure. The ground would be part of the controls on the device, but maybe you could make your own...not really sure on that one.
How do you put it in pairing mode to be able to pair it with your Google or Alexa
I have 3 of these. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ❤️💕💞 them. But how do you take the wind deflector off to clean them? I hold the light part of the fan when turning the middle plastic part. Hope that helps.

For the fan, does it have an option to rotate the air or does it only blow straight down?
Yes, you can change the fan direction so it spins the other way and blows up.
How do you use the remote to enable bluetooth pairing?
will it work on angled cieling?
No, it has to be a flat ceiling as it does not have an angle kit.
Question. do you know what the total light output in lumens is?
It puts out about 691 Lux or 65 Foot Candles when I use my cellphone app. It is very bright when on 100% in my opinion. I can't measure the Lumens as that would have to come from the manufacture and I am not sure what it is.

That would be a good idea.
Do you have to use the remote for basic on/off? Can I just flip my light switch for on/off?
You can just flip your light switch to turn it on, but it goes to the default light settings.
What are the default settings and how do you change them so the fan also comes on when you trip the switch?

My back LED lights failed after a few months. Not sure what the problem is
My guess is something happened to the driver and it is a maunfacture issue or you had a power surge. Mine are still working fine, but I know LEDs typically fail at the driver.
How do you clean it?
The front cover can twist off to clean the blades.
how do i set it back into pairing mode?
Are these fans good for large rooms ?

Show me how to weir up the fan
Sorry, I am not sure what "weir" means
Connect the wires
How long does the LED light last? Is it replaceable & if so how much are the replacements?

Lo que no entendí fue que se podría encenderlo y apagarlo con el interruptor regular de la pared
Is it loud.
When you have it on the higher settings, yes. I personally don't feel the low setting is loud.
I forget the application name, can any one know app?
Tuya
Mine will not pair and will not pair. But you mention nothing about pairing the device.
Sad to see you did not show how to demonstrate how to clean this product especially after mentioning it can be done.. not impressed!!

noone talks about the most important thing in these videos: wind radius, strength, noise...

Beware of LED fans that don't have the uplight feature. A dark ceiling will make the room look darker than expected.
This product has an uplight feature.
@@PUREreviews : Yes, I know. Sorry for the confusion. I was warning against buying fans that DON'T have that feature.
link no good
Really, I just checked it and it seemed to be fine. I updated it again, but you can also just search the product name too.
